Subject: Complaint Against W for Unresponsive Customer Service & Denied Refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against W (Brand Name) regarding their highly unprofessional customer service and unfair refusal to process my return and refund.

I rcv wrong product if I return the order the don't take away the and my refund not transfer this brand is fraud

I bought a Kurti and palazzo which together costed 1999+1999. And both of them got torn after the very first use. Really Pathetic experience. A brand should at least have the quality of street bought clothes. Disappointed to the core and is never going to buy anything from W hereafter

I bought around 6-8kurti from w while trial all were perfect fir and some what loose also..but after wisht wash only on kurties has shrinked and its doesn’t fit. I feel like cheated .

Brought one kurti from satna store and i exchange it at khar store but didn't tried because i am in hurry, so yesterday i went to phionex kurla and want to exchange that but they didn't allowed me to exchange, i told them that i have a size issue it didn't fit me, so they didn't understand my concern and the behavior of khar w staff is not good and supporting, please help me for this

I had ordered from w online 3 kurtas;
2 of them shrinked[protected]. Everytime

They said we cannot exchange or return since you washed it.. Is the customer fault that the articles shrinked or will the customer get a dream that do not wash because it will shrink.

Cs says why did you wash it.. Thats why we cannot exchange or return.

Cant they understand; issue is of shrinkage which happened after washing

No one responses on email. Not even if written to the ceo. Is this the way to handle a customer

I hv purchased a w kurti from pantaloons few days back.. Bt after 1st wash it get shrink so much that i m unable to wear that kurti... My kurti size is 10 andwhen i purchased it, i hv to alter that coz it ws big fr me and after wash i open the stitches bt still can't wear.. Usually we buy w kurtis according to our size... Bt what if they get shrink after first wash... My shoulder line shrinks upto 1.5 inch.....
