I hv purchased a w kurti from pantaloons few days back.. Bt after 1st wash it get shrink so much that i m unable to wear that kurti... My kurti size is 10 andwhen i purchased it, i hv to alter that coz it ws big fr me and after wash i open the stitches bt still can't wear.. Usually we buy w kurtis according to our size... Bt what if they get shrink after first wash... My shoulder line shrinks upto 1.5 inch.. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (9)

I have returned two kurtis worth Rs 2500 purchased from w for women website. Only Rs 1500 was credited into my account. It has been above one month, there is no reply to any of mail sent. It is the worst online site I have ever visited. The contact number given is not working.

I bought a w kurti size 12 and size mentioned on the size chart is two inches bigger than the actual product after washing the kurti which i nt even worn i m nt fitting in to it i would like to request the chng of product.
