I had placed an order for 4 products (2 kurta and 2 pants) from the W for women website on 10th Sep. My payment of INR 2936.00 went through via Paytm and no order ID was generated. I immediately called customer care and asked for a cancellation. They said they can not see any order and asked me to wait. The next day they said the order has already been dispatched and 1 item was delivered to my sisters address which I had not selected. Then again on calling customer care they said they'll create a return request for that item and for the remaining 3 a cancellation request will be generated and a refund will be made after it reaches warehouse.
Today again 1 more item from that order has reached my sister's address. I even received written communication on email confirming the cancellation and return request, Still, the items are being sent against my will.
The customer care today hung up the call midway as he had no response.
This is harassment and fraud which is not expected from a big brand.
