Hi am Anika Grotra, I ordered 1 kurta set from W on 28 th aug on pre paid basis . But I never recieve my order . After a long follow up through mails and phone I got a reply that my order can not be delivered and as my order was pre paid they will refund my amount . But after today after so many days I have not anything, neither kurta nor my money back .
On top of that no one replies at W, you keep on sending mails to them but they...

I had placed an order for 4 products (2 kurta and 2 pants) from the W for women website on 10th Sep. My payment of INR 2936.00 went through via Paytm and no order ID was generated. I immediately called customer care and asked for a cancellation. They said they can not see any order and asked me to wait. The next day they said the order has already been dispatched and 1 item was delivered to my sisters address which I had not selected. Then again on calling customer care they said they'll create a return request for that item and for the remaining 3 a cancellation request will be generated and a refund will be made after it reaches warehouse.
Today again 1 more item from that order has reached my sister's address. I even received written communication on email confirming the cancellation and return request, Still, the items are being sent against my will.

The customer care today hung up the call midway as he had no response.
This is harassment and fraud which is not expected from a big brand.
All emails are available as proof.

Hi Team,

I have purchased a jumpsuit from W store at Westend mall, Pune.
After first hand wash it got white patched all over. Cost was around 3999rs for the Jumpsuit.
and fabric qyality is very bad . I could not wear now. It its totally waste of money.

Please do needfull.

I have purchased online from W for women few dress and paid the entire amount. Due to size issue I returned 6 items of total Rs 4644/- out of which Rs 2726 is refunded and Rs 1918 not yet returned. I have handed over entire shipment to the delivery boy of E comm express, he was the one same guy who had delivered these dresses.

I am sending reminders to TCNS clothing and have logged complain with them but till date matter is not resolved.

Can this grievance be addressed at the earliest.

I ordered a dress 3weeks back from W for women online site. I received it in wrong size with belt missing. So I returned it back to the seller. But the refund of 3499₹ hasn’t been done yet. It’s been more than 2 weeks

I had order 2 leggins due to size not rite i returned the items aug 28th part was picked till now they have only refunded 300rs when i had paid 600rs in total on askin they rite concerned dept will look into it but after repeated mails i am really upset. Please help removung such companies for online business as this is too much of customer harrasment.

I ordered a skirt cod on 8th dec and they sent a pant. I requested for return and refund. They picked the product on 21st dec after repetitive calls and after that they asked bank details for refund on 28th dec. After that there was no refund till date.
No one replies to the email and customer care i[censored] call they say will refund in one week every time.. Need the resolution and main thing is i want to spread words that they r horrible and aware customers not to purchase by them

On 31st may 2018, i placed an order for two kurtis on w for woman site. The order worth was around rs. 3398, i applied a discounted coupon of worth rs.1000 too, on which the final worth of the order was rs. 2398. As my online payment got snapped, i requested the customer service to make my order available for cod. They promised to do it within 24 to 48 hours. And later when enquired they told that my product will get delivered to me within 4 to 5 working days on cod. After 4 to 5 days again i enquired about my product, they again asked me to wait for next 4 to 5 days. These days were also passed and again when i asked them about whereabouts of my product, there was no reply from their side. They ignored my mail. Its being around 19 days, still i have not received my ordered product. They literally wasted my discounted coupon and my time as well.

I bought one leggings from www.wforwoman.com with order id ww-0086343. As the colour of the leggings wasn't matching i returned them the product with all tags. Now it has been more than one month but they have not issued my refund for the product. Whenever i call on their customer care number [protected], they say that they initiated refund but when i ask for transaction receipt they provide me any. While taking money they take no time but for giving back me my own money they making so manh excuses. Kindly take an action against them for exploiting consumers.

I ordered a Kurti online and it did not get delivered for 1 month. After mailing to them, they said that it is out of stock and the money would be refunded in 5-7 working days. It is a month now and I haven't got my refund. Despite mailing for 3 times and repeatedly calling on customer care number, which they never pick up, I haven't got any reply. I am highly dissatisfied with the service.

I would like to bring to your notice, the kind of harassment sales staff named "Kavita" made. I asked her to show some
matching kurta for a skirt, despite looking for some, I did not find a suitable piece.
So I left the pieces and headed towards exit.
But then a voice came in my hear k time waste kr rhi thi, iski maa dekh(referring to my mom) bahar jaake khadi Ho gyi.
Y to mere baaki customer b khrb kr degi.
And all of this was said much before I left the showroom

You tell me, is it necessary to buy something if you enter the showroom. Nahi pasand aae tab b buy it.

Hi, Order number is wf660. I ordered a kurta worth Rs 769 selecting debit card payment as payment option on 12 Dec 2014. Turnaround time was 5-7 business days. After 12 or 15 days, when I called at the customer care number, +91- [protected] listed at their official website, they informed me that the delivery address falls in non-serviceable zone and will take around 10 days to ship the order. After that I didn't hear anything from them. I called them up several times in December and January but no satisfactory response was received and now they have stopped picking my call. I also messaged the admin of their facebook page- https://www.facebook.com/WforWoman and the last response received on Feb 6 was- Hi Arunima, We are trying to ship your order ASAP. Incase we are unable to do the same, we'll refund your money. Loads of love W After that I wrote them 2 times but no response has been received. I also emailed them on customer care Mail : [protected]@tcnsclothing.com but no response has been received. Neither they are shipping the order nor refunding the amount. I also registered a complaint on National consumer forum and they have advised to move consumer court. Please help. Thanks, Arunima
