Wakefit.co/ — Poor Quality and Worst Service | |||||
Hello Wakefit Team, I have ordered Wakefit Organza 4 Door Wardrobe with Middle Drawer and Mirror through Amazon. It got delivered on 9th March 2021. Now within 2 months of time span its door is dislocated from hinges. Door material quality is so poor that screw hinges came out with door weight itself without any external pressure/force on door. When I raised complaint, I got call from Wakefit that carpenter will come and fix it but I will have to pay carpenter Rs. 500/- per visit. What should I pay it when product has manufacturing defects. It can be clearly seen that door material is so cheap it looks like papers are filled insider it with some pressure. Its for sure the product has worst quality. Services are every worst than product. All type o[censored]nprofessional and irresponsible can be sensed from Wakefit. Also the complete lack of ownership. These was not sense that product is damaged and with some responsibility it should be rectified. I am sure with such immoral approach, future is certainly not good for Wakefit. I am not going to recommend it to anyone. I expect Amazon to remove all products from Wakefit as Amazon name is getting ruined because of such vendors. Was this information helpful? | |||||
