I have ordered Wakefit Organza 4 Door Wardrobe with Middle Drawer and Mirror through Amazon. It got delivered on 9th March 2021. Now within 2 months of time span its door is dislocated from hinges.
Door material quality is so poor that screw hinges came out with door weight itself without any external pressure/force on door. When I raised complaint, I got call from Wakefit that carpenter will come and fix...

Hello Sir / Madem,

This is Khemendra Patle, i have ordered a king size bed against Order ID :​ ORDER201903eUabdT, Order Date:[protected].

The bed was delivered by Fedex courier with tracking number[protected] on 10.04.2019.

i have received 1 headboard, 1 footboard, 2 mica, 4 washer, 4 nut and 1 wrench in one cartoon box. 3 main parts were missing in my delivery.

The following parts are missing :

1. Side Rail (2 numbers)

2. center support beam (2 numbers)

3. Threaded rod (4 numbers).

without these items, how i assemble my bed?

never expected such silly mistakes from WAKEFIT, i think there is no Quality Check before dispatching the items..

as i have paid full amount, i am requesting you to deliver remaining items which were missed in delivery.

please do the needful.
