I ordered for coins and paid more than Rs.2.50 lakh on 13th May, 21. As per their website, deliver within 24-48 hours. After payment, there was no receipt message or email or nothing else. I called him but received only stereo type answer. Then he said that they have received order. After that I followed up every day for my products, but received answer that you will get it. Today, after five days, now they have stopped to take my call. Why? I do not know? They have no proper system - only give big welcome on website. They have no planning at all - they also told to chet through Watsup. but if you watsup, they never bother to see it. How they are managing - God knows? Two days back when I call and asked for Way bill number, which they provided. But today when i check on Bluedard site, it says such number not existence.
