I purchased gold bangles for my 2 years old nephew on his birthday (28-Aug-2018) for 24k (21k for GOLD and 3k for Making charges). It broke down into two within a month (pathetic quality). The policy on their bill says "We will try to repair the gold Jewellery if it breaks within a month".

When we ask them to fix the bangles they say "We cant do anything about it, there is no guarantee on gold". This is utterly irresponsible and case of cheat. We have to face a loss of 3K for a POOR QUALITY GOLD and no choice but to buy a new piece and pay for its making charges again.

They cant wash their hands off for selling such a ### quality product to their customer. I hope someone would get back and help me take it forward.

I had visited waman hari pethe of vile Parle West branchq near SBI bank and petrol pump .i wanted to sell off some gold, i experienced a pathetic service from shubhdah the manager of the vile Parle branch, she does not have manners to talk with the client. She was very rude, and spoke to me as if she is the owner of waman hari pethe . I want waman hari pethe to take a strict action against her and a warning letter, if i vist this branch again and if i found her service the same then i will take this matter ahead .
