Respected Sir,

This is a letter regarding online business fraud. I came across an advertisement in Quikr in first week of September 2016, posted by the person called Sanchit Kumar, stating that he was offering wholesale electronic products at cheaper rates as compared to current market rate in India. As a result of this, I was interested in his advertisement and had a discussion with him regarding the products in both Whatsapp messages and phone conversation, and at the end of discussion, I had planned to buy four electronic products at the rate of Rs. 60000/- (2 LED TVs, 1 mobile phone and 1 laptop). As per the deal, he wanted me to transfer full amount via online for booking the order. The same I done on October 25, 2016, (Tuesday) with full of trust on him, because during all the discussions I had with him, he was very nice and very clear in expressing his business deals, so I hoped that he would not cheat me. But all the things turned upside down once he got my amount in his bank and after that, he needed at least 4 or 5 whatsapp messages to respond me and did not even pick my phone call once. On Thursday morning all of a sudden, he told me that he needed at least Rs. 99000 to process my order and told me my refund process started, and I will get my amount in 7 business days. I waited this to happen and I sent him a lot of Whatsapp messages to get just one response from him and then he promised that I will get my cash on Friday (November 4, 2016). As per his promise, I asked him on Friday morning, he was very rude to me and saying that he cannot refund the amount and said that "you do whatever you can do."

Please help me out in getting the products worth of Rs. 60000/- or my amount Rs.60000/- refund ASAP. As I'm from a middle class family, this is a big amount for me to bear. Please kindly interfere in this matter and do the needful for me. I ordered all these products to start a small business. Because of this, I'm under a lot of stress and depressed in the last few days. I have a big hope that this issue will be sorted out sooner rather than later. I don't know whether this issue is a very important one than Govt. matters, but in a humanitarian ways, I hope my issue will be solved here.
