[Resolved]  Warna Cow Milk — an insect found in warana cow milk packet

an insect ( 1cm long black in colour and few black particles) found in warana cow milk packet bought from a local grocery shop of kharghar, navi mumbai on 13th September 2014 . I am concerned how the insect got into the packet of milk.This is a serious concern which needs to be looked into immediately.
