an insect found in warana cow milk packet

an insect ( 1cm long black in colour and few black particles) found in
warana cow milk packet bought from a local grocery shop of kharghar,
navi mumbai on 13th September 2014 . I am concerned how the insect got
into the packet of milk.This is a serious concern which needs to be
looked into immediately....

During the past one week, I have been receiving warna cow milk smelling like a paint or shampoo. We threw out the milk and complained to the milk man on two occasions. He told me that the Company (Warna) acknowledged and admitted the problem to be of packaging polythene tubes. adulterated milk in nerul, navi mumbai
dear sir/ madam
the residents of sector-28, nerul, navi mumbai, have been recieving adulterated milk since past few weeks.
the taste of milk is more like some chemical and is also bitter at times. it easily gets spoiled and goes wasted as no one shall consume the same.
the milk men says that they cannot help the same since they do not produce the milk themselves.
hope for help....
