It was my worst mistake in the life that I have purchased the washing machine on 9 Jan 2012. I was out of country for 6 months, so I just used the machine for 4-6 months.
I registered 10-15 complaints to customer care for the same issue and did not get resolved the issue till yet. The machine is in your service center as of now and they are not able to identify the correct reason for the issue and contiune to make me fool, so that I will get this machine back from service center.
I just let you know that I will not take this machine back now, as I am totally fed up now and I just want the refund of this washing machine. I am not in a position now to suggest anyone to purchase any LG product.
I am also going for consumer court as I am not getting any satisfactory response from service center side.
Best part is:
Even on one complaint (RNA[protected], your service enginer update the status that the product is not under warranty and customer denay to pay the fee. But the relaity is that the product is having the warranty one more year.
