We have taken this machine on 10.06.12 in the name of Satish Agarwal from Aarcee Electronics, Vashi. The serial # of the product is ZNF[protected] & Model is 12634. Just 2 days after purchase we realised the machine was defected & so it was replaced by the company. It was bad action for a new purchase yet we co-operated.
Since May 2013 again the machine has started giving us a big time trouble. It flashes UB (evenly balanced) as soon as its left with 23 mins or 11mins of spin. We have been complaining regarding this on daily basis & yet there is nobody (service provider) turning up for the visit / repair. Complaint numbers given by the company are MB[protected] , MB[protected], MB06130141, etc. Every time we call for update of our complaint its replied that our case is solved & closed, which is a funny deed as no1 has yet come for a repair. To add to the complaint , due to the non-sensical behaviour & delay in repair, we are wasting a lot of electricity, money & time too.
I must say, its better buying any reasonable machine rather this kind of a waste.
Please file a strict complaint & soon take a harsh action for such fraud behavior.
