Wassap nandhanam - 20 cotton sarees for starch - was billed the rate of dry cleaning and had to pay extra charges for their mistake.
While paying i offered my card. I was told clearly "we don't take card madam. There's an atm two blocks from here, if that's not working you can take garments home and pay next time. We take only cash"

I said its not ethical. Changed my outlet to wassap mandavelli.
Gave 10 sarees this time. No estimate given at time of garment deposit. One week later i get a call saying garments are ready i ask how much he says xxxxx i ask break up amount reduces immediately by thousand rupees. I said i will pay by card
"we take only cash madam. If you dont have you can collect garments on monday."
I enquired if you put 400 rs as gst and give me bill why don't you take care.
The reply: "we as a policy take only card madam"
