I had placed the order on the website and opted for the COD mode of payment. I never got any email after placing an order which was suspicious in itself. But two days later I got a call from Blue Dart Courier service saying the parcel is ready for delivery. When it was delivered I was shocked with horror to see such dirty, old, rattling watches with dented back battery covers. I want a refund for this definitely from the retailer/dealer. I have paid in cash Rs.1398/- The address behind the parcel says "BALAJI TRADERS, 20/2FRS7, Rohini, New Delhi." It is some Mr Yogendra, Mob: [protected].
