Waveclues — money deducted but product not sent | |||||
Dear team I have ordered product from waveclues -.I have ordered mobile battery for GioneeF103 of Rs.232/-.They have deducted the amount but not sent my product. I have received another email stating money is not transferred but, I got deduction from my bank account and its yet not reversed back into my account.So kindly cross check with your accounts & send the product or return my money. I have tried calling on emergency contact number mentioned on your site but its not working and all the time its keeps on OUT OF REACH mode. I had ordered a Yu yuphoria battery on waveclues about a month ago and I haven't received the product yet. They have also disabled my account so that I can't check my product status. I have called many times but everytime the number is on not reachable.
