Way2online Retail Private Limited — Improper response: payment deducted from account and order not placed | |||||
I placed an order '20800 mah power bank and 2 branded jeans' costing Rs999/- on 29oct2015 around 10:30 pm. At the time of payment using debit card an error occurred. Due to this order was not placed and amount deducted from account. I drop a mail on the provided mail id [protected]@whaaky.com on 30 Oct 2015 but they didn't respond and reminder was also dropped on 31oct2015. I tried to contact them through provided phone no. [protected]. But they didn't pick up the call. They have not responded even yet. I hereby request to your good self please look into the matter and take some appropriate action against this company.
