Sony Power Bank 10, 000mAh whose order no is S[protected] purchased on 15th Nov, 2015 doesn't charge my mobile. Mailed to the shoppers but did not getting positive response. They asking me to deliver product at their company after that they will replace product. I have tried to send at their address but Currier service provider are not taking delivery and also company is also not taking responsibility to replace product by their currier service.
