Waytohotel.com — confiance subnet solution pvt ltd, nodia travel holiday package.. Fraud on selling holiday packages at 10499

I randomly got a call from waytohotel.com which is based in noida, up under company - "confiance subnet solution pvt. Ltd." luring the customer for giving holiday packages at 10499 in which 4 people can stay for 3 nights & 4 days. Giving false assurance on giving samsung s7 phone as gift on buying this package. I buyed 2 package they forced me.

This website is assoicated where thousands of consumer complaints and petition for consumer grievances are registered. Now same people have started this fradulant practice under website name "waytohotel.com".

After getting my money rs. 10499 debited from my credit card i asked for the details and booking confirmation with hotel they started explaining about the policies of first confirmation process then sending hard copy of booking request 21 days prior then will get confirmation on booking. I tried to call them since 4 months for booking and gift not recieved, the customer care number not reachable and i didn't get any reply to my mail. I came to know they are fake so tried to cancel but not reachable. Their website is also not working. Cheaters. I have transaction id for 10499.

As per their mails and company's refund policies that customer can ask for cancellation of the package prior making any booking confirmation done where 20% amount will be deducted for immediate cancellation which will be completed in maximum 5-7 working days.

Can u please help recover my money from this fraud people. Please find the mail below i got after payment.
