Waytohotel.com — promised a mobile phone than a stereo system with speakers

I had made a payment of rs.10, 500.00 in march/08/2017 for a promise of a samsung s4 phone. I was again fooled that by getting one more membership i shall be gifted an iphone 6. Made a fool of my self by doing that.
I was promised that by 28th march /2017 i shall receive both the phones but later on the dates started postponing & i was informed different reasons every time for the delay in delivery of the phones. Later when i complained through email, i was informed after a month for various settlements like sending me a gift, and offering me various additional holidays but not once was i offered any refund for what i paid.
They informed me that their marketing person who was the main person who used to fraud people was fired from the company. I checked the same by calling from another number after 2 weeks & found that he was still working in the company.
On 16th may 2017 they offered me a home theatre system but so far have not received any reply or any call from their end.
They are not even answering the calls inspite of my calling them every few days & sending them reminders through mails.
