[Resolved]  Wazirx — Money got deducted and didn't get refunded

I have deposit the amt 50000 rupees to my wazirx wallet but the money didn't get deposit and the money got deducted from bank account. Even after 15 days constantly requesting them the money still didn't get refunded. The transaction was on 23 may 2021 8:25PM.Kindly help me
