I have deposited 1000 rupees in wazirx app. Then i bought usdt using this money. But when i tried to withdraw usdt it is showing error. I have attached screenshot. I have tried to reach at @wazirxcares and @wazirxindia but the don't response....

I innvested Rs 4588 in Wazirx appl on crypto coins ada, chr, lrc a sum total of Rs 4588 in nov 2021 nd immediately after few days my amount went down and even when the market rate of crypto was high even then also the price of ada chr lrc were same in wazirx which is illegal nd fraud i need my money invested in crypto along with interest back rightaway...

Wazirx is doing fraud and cheating, playing with people Money. Taking huge transaction fees, misguiding, misleading, forcefull extortion and pressurised Money extraction. Forcing for more investment and showing wrongly coin rates. Varing rates once we check with other sites. Deposit is a piece of cake, withdrawal they will be having system errors. They don't plan for long term business but simply want to deposit as money as possible and run away with public money to international location. They are 100% planned to do.

Please refrain from investing and read reviews.
I kindly ask anyone who reads this review not to invest in this platform. This is a major scam.

Please take note that there is no withdrawal option. You must obtain their consent. My wallet was stolen by a con artist using a phishing scheme. The 2.8 BTC were taken. For the past weeks, I have been trying to withdraw my money but it kept writing errors, I advise everyone not to put their money on this site and if you have your money stalked with you can as well reach out. If not for Glowbancircuit Tech i checked on goggle.. They were the ones who assisted me to get all my money....

This is to highlight you that Wazirx has delisted Nacsh coin without any intimation and now they are asking Ncash holders to withdraw the coin to another platform.
Means they are not returning my money back and as i don't have any other platform to transfer the coin so I have to loose my money.
Even while transferring the coins it is detecting almost 40% as fee.
Please take strict action against this policy of Wazirx and return my money back and please make sure it will not happen again with any coin as I am a crypto holder of many coins on Wazirx so I want security for my funds for the future.

Hi, My money deducted by mobikwik and same is not recieved by wazirx .. I lost my all money. it was emergency money i used and now i want it badly. Please somebody help me.

I added ₹1017 into wazirx wallet INR. but the same hasn't been credited into it. Kindly refund or credit the amount. Transaction details have been given in the screenshot.

in Google search whenever you search for deposit or withdrawal fee it will show 5 to 10 Rs, but when you install the app and complete kyc than while depositing money it will show charges of 47 rs also there are very few bank listed, it will force us to use mobiwik they will charge 88 Rs for 5000 rs deposit and for more amount they will charge more convenience fee, when we complaint they will reply they are not charging, payment gateway are charging, they will recommend us to use P2P process for free transfer, but why they are not mentioning any where that deposit amount they are charging is too high so that new user can open account with exchanges which are providing less depost fee charges, why wazirx is hiding that they charge heavy charges on depositing money in wazirx. Last thing there support team is robot, I don't believe India's no.1 exchange don't have customer support, that means this exchange they don't have problem, the problem is o[censored]ser.

It says pan already taken. I tried sending multiple emails on to which the pan is linked. After many Emails and calls. They have sent semi masked email id. Which is clearly fake email as none of the visible characters are matching. The company seems to be fraud and sell your pan and aadhar to external parties. If they don't do proper kyc verification they are scammers. I will complain to appropriate authorities as well....

They are not deleting my account completely. They always try to avoid by locking the account. They don't seem to be willing to delete my account permanently. Please delete my wazirx account completely.

Payment of rs 25000 was made from mobikwik wallet but it was debited but not reflecting in wazirx account poor customer service I need my money back

I transferred 13.82 USDT worth ₹1300 from Binance to wazirx..amount was deducted from Binance but didn't add up in Wazirx

Yesterday, around 4pm i deposited ₹29004 via Mobikwik to my wazirx account but money was deducted from mobikwik's side but didn't add up into my wqzirx account.. it's been more than 24 hours and i have no idea where my money is..i didn't expect such irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour from wazirx ..consumers issues must be dealt asap..our mine is not yours to keep for a week or so without proper accountability.

Wazrix is taking too much time to verify the Bank Account. I have contacted them by email multiple times but use except asking me to remove and add again (which I tried but not useful)

I have transferred money from Binance to Wazirx but they have created another account and transferred money into that without my information and intimation and now I cannot register my pan account on to this new account
And my money has got stuck

I have done several mails and tweets they are saying it will be reversed within 7 days..its now more than 8 days...still my money is stucked...please help me to get my money back, I need money for medical emergency.

Hi. I downloaded wasirX app and chose UPI payment for deposit. I debited money but the transaction is displayed "rejected". My money is deducted and I don't know what's happening.

I traded and ordered for USDP pax dollar at the price of 1 USDT for 1 USDP pax dollar but they executed my order at the price of 39 USDT for 1 USDP so I invested total 254.67 USDT in that order to purchase USDP but they executed my order entirely wrong because of their technical glitches and my app crashed multiple times after that as we all know wazirx was down 3-4 days back and my order was executed on 27 October 4:44 pm indian standard time and I talked to them multiple times and mailed them but they are not helpful this is the most low graded online trading app I've ever used I want my refund and they said refund or order reversal can't be done but what is my mistake I am not laible to pay for their technical glitches and issues I want my money either they should execute the order as I ordered or they should provide me a remedy in form of refund as it's their mistake or the mistake of their platform please take action against them and please get me my refund they should pay me because it's their technical issue I am not liable to pay for that

I made a 6106 rs payment to wazirx(cryptocurrency website ) using the payment gateway of Mobikwik. The money got deducted from my account and MobiKwik shows payment canceled.

So I raise requests in both wazirx and MobiKwik. Wazirx is still with me to resolve this but Mobikwik is still put it resolves on its own there is no place to create a complaint request and even if you did at the time of submitting a request it will show something error.

I was tired of trying please help me and get back my 6106 rs and help other customers to help to prevent this kind of scam from mobikwik

Recently i joined Wazirx but while checking the liquidity of my funds listed in rapid listed product the link provided by the company is not working even after trying for few days. I tried to reach them through customer support but what i get is automated reply and nothing regarding my query also Email Id of the company is not provided. If the company is not sure about the liquidity of the rapid listed products same should be withdrawn form the list instead of misguiding the investors. The reason stated on the site is irresponsible. Every investor looks for prompt liquidity while investing the funds and company fails to provide the same. There should be some assurance from the company regarding time required for the cryto currency to go live.

My 10023 rs got deducted from bank but not credited in wazirx acount neither in my bank please help .
