Hi, My Rs. 10000 money deducted from my bank and same is not received by wazirx ... :( I lost my all money. Please check screenshot.. it was emergency money i used and now i want it badly. Please somebody help me.

    I tried to transfer Rs.50000 to my wazirx account on 3rd June’21 through MobiKwik payment gateway provided on wazirx platform. The amount was deducted from my bank account and is also showing successful on MobiKwik but it’s not added to my Wazirx account. On repeatedly calling their customer care, they asked me to call my bank and ask for a charge back, which I did. My bank informed me that the amount has been successfully transferred to the merchant and tge same has been confirmed by the merchant bank and hence it can’t be charged back. On contacting the wazirx customer care again and informing them about the bank’s response they are again asking me to wait and saying it would be refunded soon! I’m tired of this as it’s been over a month now with no resolution. Please help me out in getting my refund.

    This platform is a whole sucm. I lost so much to them, and I was able to get restored of my lost with the instruction of Lƒ Ręsçü ørg, i never though i could get it back as all hope was gone but am glade i got my refund. be guided pls.

        Hello,

        I made a deposit through UPI on 17-June-2021. As of 4:00 PM on 25-June-2021, the money has neither been debited from my bank account nor credited into my WazirX account.

        It has been more than a week. Kindly expedite.

          I placed a sell order for my wallet balance through P2P mode given in WazirX. The order was placed and also I matched a buyer, but the buyer didn't send money in my account and raised a false dispute, it has been 5 days since the order is in dispute and I have not received my money, neither in my WazirX wallet nor in my bank account.

            Wazirx RS 10000 Money deducted but not credited in wazirx

            I have deposited Rs.10, 000 through PhonePe UPI to Wazirx, money got deducted from the bank account but the same is not deposited in the Wazirx account. I have reached Wazirx several times and it's been too much now, no one is ready to help me there, all I get is machine canned replies to my emails and complaints. Please help me. It's a very urgent issue to get back the money.

              Money got deducted and didn't get refunded

              I have deposit the amt 50000 rupees to my wazirx wallet but the money didn't get deposit and the money got deducted from bank account. Even after 15 days constantly requesting them the money still didn't get refunded. The transaction was on 23 may 2021 8:25PM.Kindly help me...

              I transferred [protected]@ 900 from mobikwik wallet to wazirx INR wallet but neither I recieved any notification from wazirx nor the movey got credited to my wallet.

                  I am trying to deposit Ripple(xrp) in to my WazirX wallet. But I forget to mention the Destination tag at the source of transfer. I have made total 2 separate transactions (i.e. 1. 92.046339 xrp & 2. 309.75 xrp) to deposit Ripple(xrp) in to my WazirX wallet without entering Destination Tag. So I have requested WazirX support team to help me to recover my funds and get it deposited in to my WazirX wallet. I also told WazirX support team that I am ready to pay the recovery fees, if any. I not only provided the transactions ID of the deposit made in TEXT format but also provided volume, transaction ID/hash, date & time along with the screenshots of the transactions for the reference as per the requirements of WazirX support team. But the WazirX support team kept telling me that I need to provide them Screen recording video of my wallet from where I have made this withdrawal. In response, I replied that I do not have a screen recording of the wallet from where I have taken the withdrawal of funds. But I can track my funds from the third party explorer sites with the help of entering transaction ID which clearly shows all the transaction details required by WazirX like volume, transaction ID/hash, date & time. It also clearly shows with proper volume, transaction ID/hash, date & time that the funds have been received by WazirX by 2 seperate transactions. WazirX already have my Ripple(xrp) wallet ID which I had shared with them in my earlier email. If I can track the status of my funds with the help of any third party Ripple(xrp) Explorer site by simply entering transaction IDs which is very easy then I believe that your WazirX's technical team must be competent enough to track the status of my funds with the transaction IDs provided to them. I proved them that my fund is received by WazirX but It is not received in my wallet. At last, WazirX support team mailed me by saying "I'm sorry, due to security reasons we'll not be able to process the recovery without verifying the transaction through screen recording."

                      I added ₹5900 into wazirx wallet INR. but same hasnt been credited into it. Already checked with gateway portal they say that it has been sent from our end. Kindly refund or credit the amount. Transaction deatails has been given in screen shot.

                        On 5th may 2021, at 11.30 i have made a UPI request from wazirx app to deposit 50k to the wazirx wallet

                        I paid using payTm

                        The transaction was successful

                        But when is went see the app there was no update on my wallet

                          I have depoited in WazirX account 59, 000/- but it has not been credited yet.

                          I paid the same via UPI option available in the application from my registered UPI/Bank Union Bank Of India.

                          I want the same to be credited to my account on priority basis.

                          I have attached WazirX request screenshot and I am posting the debit message below from the bank.

                            My name is ramandeep singh. I opened account with wazirx. My account registered with my email [protected]@rediffmail.com. Suddenly I changed my mobile. Now I facing problem with login. Can't login due 2fA security. I lost recovery key. Every time I try otp is invalid. Solve the problem or give my deposit money 20000rs back. My account kyc fully approved. Later I sent documents related to recovery key. But not responded by wazirx. No satisfaction. Already two days gone for asking my account recovery key.. I registered [protected] contact also.
