We Shopping Zone — Shortage material and manufacturing material supplied by M/s Shopping Zone, Chennai/Coimbatore

Dear Sir,

I have ordered item with Shopping Zone and the material received vide their Invoice No. 6585313 dates 11-Apr-21 for Rs.1, 519.00 on the payment basis of Cash On Delivery (COD). I have received the material on 17-Apr-21 and on opening the packet, 2 items shortage and all the material supplied are having quality problem. Hence on 17-Apr-21 (same day of receipt of the material), I have logged a complaint over phone and through e-mail and since then following up daily but they are not resolving my complaint. Contact Person: Ms. Linda and Mr. Srinivasan, Complaint Department, Shopping Zone, Chennai and their phone numbers:[protected] and[protected]. Their Mobile No.: [protected]. Ms. Linda and Mr. Srinivasan requested to send the photographs of the defective products and have sent the same to their Whatsapp number: [protected] as per their request. Today during our teleon with Ms. Linda and Mr. Srinivasan refused to give any response in writing.

Hence kindly intervene and help in getting Good and Quality checked items towards replacement or else refund of Rs. 1, 519.00 through account payee cheque in my name: N. RAVICHANDRAN and kindly request their representative to collect the defective as well as shortage material from my home.
