I’ve been a fan of the WebKul extensions for while now which is why I’ve spent thousands on your extensions after the exceptional service I had received from you guys. Although every extension was buggy, but your developers have been lovely and fixed the extensions in prompt manner. I have never had an issue with any of the previous developers which resulted in me purchasing more extensions from you guys due to the great service I’ve received. Unfortunately at this moment in time, I have never received such poor service in life. I have had an issue with the PayPal commerce extension I have recently purchased. I have contacted your support team(ticket number 249479). Instead of fixing the issue, they ended up messing up my website. The screenshots show how my site looked before and after your developers have touched my website. I have recontacted your team asking them to restore the site back to how it was and I am not getting anywhere with them. I have asked for a refund and to speak to a manager if they do NOT restore my website to how it was. I still feel like I’m not getting anywhere with them. I’m being ignored. No one is trying to fix the issue and no one wants to get me a manager. I have also received a marketing email from you guys regarding the hyperlocal extension which I wanted to buy but I put that on hold because of how I have been treated by your team. Like I said I have never had any issues with the previous developers, but I am not happy. I am disgusted by the service I have received. I have been lied to & my complaint has not been actioned.
