One of the cheater web design company in delhi, this is the continue 2nd time they cheat us regarding our web design, on 1st year they take 20k and not provide the services as per contract, now in aug 2020 one of agent mr, manoj called from ttw and advise us he is from it team but actually he the sales agent only, we trust and make the payment again, today is the 27th day from but we are still waiting for the final response, we have all the proof for cheating of the weblink company,,, agent no response, manger neha singh no response on email,,,,

I m having a total unprofessional behaviour of staff of exporters india. As all calls are recorded i requesy weblink management to screen calls made to number and how your people sudddenly gets abusive if i softly say them no to any of your plans. The limit is they ask why you visited on exporters india portal and why u registered on portal i have sent an formal email to exportes india to delete my profile from its websites but nothing happened and i keep on getting calls from people of exporters india and getting same behaviour again and again.

I request management to look into this urgently or i will complain with cci and dot.

Marketing executive told me after registration you can earn so much money.. Company make my fake wholesaler account and this time i m troubling so many problems... Call so many time and request refund my ammount..

We are selling Small Agricultural Implements all over india. We was registered on jun 2017 at exporters india Platinium Plus membership 22000 rupees, Next year (2018) on march 2018 they have called me to renewal before 2 month expiry date, we have not get more inquiries also .Then as per there commitment again we renew at 12000 rupees. This year (2019) before 6month expiry date Ms. Yasmeen called me that we have to renew service due to some google parameteres, we will provide secured website & SEO score will increase more than 70% such type commitment. Then i have paid 15200 rupees for renewal.
After Paid all things now Ms Yasmeen don't pick my calls, not replied my mails.
There team member (Sahil) said that SEO package is extra, it's not included with your package,

I have available all written mail also but now Exporters india don't respond my mail.

On 30th may from expotersindia mr. Harjeet called me for 25000 rs for securing my website earlier on 21st may we had discussed on phone we had done a deal for platinum package for rs 10000 rs. So he sent me link on my mail id for payment in link i saw download our app from google play store so i opened play store and saw many more negative comments about they are asking for securing your website for 25000 rs. So on that day i told him about this comments he told me on play store any one can post comments this are not real, so i clearly asked him for further 25000 rs. Charges he clearly told me that you don't have to pay single rupee for any charges about website for this clarification any call recording of our conversation, now he is scaring me if you don't securing your website you will be in danger by anonymous hacker and cost you in lakhs and i also told him for shutdown my website but they denied they told me it's not possible, i also told his manager mr. Sandeep after many arguments with him he told you are not forced to pay 25000 rs. It's an option for you and not necessary but again mr. Harjeet called me and scaring me about website securing, so to both i only told that you have to inform customer before make any deal with them but both of them refused, my last line is they cheaters.

While i am shoping on the amazon.i receive a phone call regarding the payment of the product am shoping for this was a fraud call and the ask me about my bank details for payment online and i sent them my adhar card which was connected to my bank account and the take three transactions for 7000 and they fraud on the basis of amazon for rs 30000 with me Name-Amazon

I gave website development project to WeblinkIndia 6 years back, the first project which I gave to this company is still not error free, I get issue every now and then over the website and when their programmer fixes one issue he generates another. Their management only shows up when its about money, they will literally beg you for the money but when it comes to work they hide behind the curtains. They promise timeline for the work but never deliver the work on time. When their staff leaves you have to explain all the project again to a new person in order to get the job done, they don’t even take proper hand over from their employees. They are a very big fraud in Website development. Stay away from them.

It's been very unfortunate for us that we have trusted weblink for developing our website and app. They have promised to deliver our website and apps on both android and ios. Till date they have not deliver ios app and on enquiry, they are not replying, in fa t they have blocked our number also. We just wanted to k ow whether it's been professional from their side. We need justice.

Breach of contract by weblink india

As desired by myprow (Engineering company phone no. [protected]) to design engineering website, myprow was contracted with weblink, a company specializing in web designing (Phone no. +[protected] thinking that weblink has high technical capabilities, which will contribute to the creation of a unique website and based on that contract no. 01 dated 28/7/2017 between the following parties was concluded:

First party: myprow wll company
A second party: weblink india

Weblink didn't deliver the project as per contract and refused to refund the advanced paid amount by myprow company.

I had take platinum membership in april 2017 from weblink. As per my plan they have to design 100 page website and providing control panel. As website desging are worsed many time i have asked fro website detail for control panel. But they refused every time as they said it effect seo service and done promise for giving the website right and control panel detail at the end of 1 year membership. As my membership expired on 22 april 2018. When i his employee rahul asked for control panel they said that its chargeable. You have to pay rs 10000 more for control panel.in full year they have not provided any service. When my membership near expire they call men again and again for renewal fee. I suggest to all never and never take the membership of weblink exporterindia. Its just waste of money and time.
Cheater employee as every employee said different statement. As my account handle by saurabh, rahul and iqbal. All are saying different statement but no one has done any work as per requirement.

I would like to inform you about the things that recently happened with me by your support executives because of which i deeply regret now taking your services.

Your executive diksha sharma doesn't even know what she commits and is very unprofessional and knowing that your company handed my account to her.

She committed me a package renewal cost on the 17th april and never said its only valid for that day. The main thing is that she said shes taken approval from her management for the renewal package and now shes saying management said no for it.

I mean do you have real people working there or just someone who commits anything and then a straight no the next day as if they never committed anything. Now rather than apologizing for her acts shes telling me go ahead and do anything.

Me being your client since more than 8 years now am very very disappointed and regret telling my fellow businessman to take your package because i never faced any problem anytime.

The time i had mr. Manoj as my rm i was highly satisfied but this lady commits anything without even talking to management and the next day she says no we cannot.

I dont know if you people can do something for that but i would really appreciate you to improve your customer satisfaction levels.

Note: if anyone wants sufficient proofs i have them over emails and whatsapp from her official numbers of delivering those services and dissagreeing the next day and the rude behavior that i faced today.
