I complaint to weblink.in. Bcoz we are very hopeless and suffering with tention. If this work is out o[censored]r caragiry. Pls tell us.
Monday is the last day for us
Then we are come in delhi and cancel the deal. We not need this type of deal. I message to weblink.in complaint box. I called to savita madam but she did not do any work on my website. Starting time she was agree to finish my work with responcebility. Sir /madam pls solve my problems. Or give me my money back.

I had take platinum membership in april 2017 from weblink. As per my plan they have to design 100 page website and providing control panel. As website desging are worsed many time i have asked fro website detail for control panel. But they refused every time as they said it effect seo service and done promise for giving the website right and control panel detail at the end of 1 year membership. As my membership expired on 22 april 2018. When i his employee rahul asked for control panel they said that its chargeable. You have to pay rs 10000 more for control panel.in full year they have not provided any service. When my membership near expire they call men again and again for renewal fee. I suggest to all never and never take the membership of weblink exporterindia. Its just waste of money and time.
Cheater employee as every employee said different statement. As my account handle by saurabh, rahul and iqbal. All are saying different statement but no one has done any work as per requirement.

I would like to inform you about the things that recently happened with me by your support executives because of which i deeply regret now taking your services.

My email id and username is [protected]@gmail.com and am your client for more than 8 years but am regretting to take your membership now.

Your executive diksha sharma doesn't even know what she commits and is very unprofessional and knowing that your company handed my account to her.

She committed me a package renewal cost on the 17th april and never said its only valid for that day. The main thing is that she said shes taken approval from her management for the renewal package and now shes saying management said no for it.

I mean do you have real people working there or just someone who commits anything and then a straight no the next day as if they never committed anything. Now rather than apologizing for her acts shes telling me go ahead and do anything.

Me being your client since more than 8 years now am very very disappointed and regret telling my fellow businessman to take your package because i never faced any problem anytime.

The time i had mr. Manoj as my rm i was highly satisfied but this lady commits anything without even talking to management and the next day she says no we cannot.

I dont know if you people can do something for that but i would really appreciate you to improve your customer satisfaction levels.

Note: if anyone wants sufficient proofs i have them over emails and whatsapp from her official numbers of delivering those services and dissagreeing the next day and the rude behavior that i faced today.

First and fore most we royal inks & equipments pvt ltd have being dealing with exporters india since last 10 years. We are platinum member we have paid 8000/- in 2015 for three years membership. And since then they kept demanding us 6000/- in 2016 and 5300/- in 2017 for any reasons such as renewal, expiry, promotion and stuff but we trusted and paid. The most disgusting part is that they continuously call and talk with my office account staff with an absolutely harsh tone. Now, since 3-4 days they have started with a new demand of 40, 000/- for three years and blustering that if we dont do so our domain will be closed and our old data will be erased and that to today itself where as our domain expires on 13/03/2018 and forcing us to go in silver member where our company's profile won't be seen much as per told by your agent. I literally don't understand how can a 8000/- can go to 40000/-. And when we actually checked the inquires coming through exporters india which is hardly 1-2 in a month. Being platinum member paying such a huge amount and getting this level of replies is just of no use and so we demanded them to give the id and password of our domain for which they demanded us 8000/- separatly. This behavior is totally ridiculous and unbearable. You guys are just meant to grab money and we trusted you to expand our business at a greater level. But if this is the case i am sorry to say you guys treat us worst with your harsh language and money grabbing thing.
Now i just want my domain back i won't give a single rupees for anything because we no more want to continue any business with you since we don't trust you. Danish malik and garima parashar are your team members who are continuously calling are harassing my staff for money. If i get any bluster from anyone working on my website of exporters india i will be forced to include advocate and legal actions will be taken.
Look into my matter and get it solved asap please.

30/10/17 They did an unauthorized credit card charges with an amount of 98.26 euros. Refund my money yet!!! you are scammers!!

Just to say that I didn't do any business wiht this people, I don't know why they charged this money to my credit card because I didn't give my information at any time. I want they return my money yet! They have stolen it!

I want to file a complaint against all the people working on my project of webiste development named regalia's.
First of all my work is getting delayed very much, the deadlines are taken as a joke, & money is demanded on every point.in the first meet, they provided me the technical structure on a paper, later that agreement changed when i made the payment they mailed me an agreement that was missing many points, & when i demanded for that points to be added, they demanded more money. Every other day the person is not present & due to that my work gets delayed very much, one day nirbhay is not available the other day sonika is not available.. I am fed up of this nonsense & unprofessional behaviour.
Moreover i got the website live & after a week i realized that it is not working properly in some of the mobiles, in my, mobile it is working perfectly fine but other mobiles the products are not getting added in the cart & many problems are arising during checkout. & due to this nonsense thing i have lost many customers, i want to know that who will bear the cost of this loss. I spent so much money on promotion & after that i came across this major problem.. I am so much disappointed with your services. The work is always delayed & every other second money is demanded.
I want the solution to my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will be forced to take strong steps.

I have paid 12001 rs for platinum membership to weblink.in pvt ltd for new website and google promotion after getting 12001 rs now company executive vinit is telling me that google have changed their policy and in this amount your website is not mobile compatible so need to pay more 8000 rs and upgrade yr service in platinum plus so we can do promotion for u

Weblink ind p ltd or exportersindia is a name people who r involve in fraud and cheating activity with startip companies. They are promishing big they collect few thousand first then following month demand another money like that demand never ends and when ask about work untill u pay this amount job cannot finish inbetween i[censored] talk they will not pick phone or reply irrelevent. Next month again money demand is raised i[censored] ask what is last amount reply comes o nly this. This how people keep on paying assuming job can be done but there intention is cheating money. Actually they dont hv skilled manpower to handle jobs only touts who r taling and bluffing customers in public.

My name is chander mohan aggarwal. Jitender singh from weblink called me and pursuade me for website development and i paid amount on 23/06/2017 but the work was supposed to be started from monday. I. E 26/06/2017.
On monday i wrote mail to jitender singh not to proceed with work as i dont want to avail services from weblink. I called him so many times but he didnt take my calls or even he started avoiding calls.
Then after 2 days i received a mail from his senior team leader sourav that company dont have refund policy and all the work has been completed and hosting work is left only.
At the time of selling its services, jitender told me that website will take 20 to 25 days to complete but when i asked for refund company has completed my website within 4 hours.
What a foolish thing they said to me and the entire team including jitender is intending to cheat me.
If it is so then weblink is selling readymade sites which dont require client interaction.
This is ridiculous on the part of weblink.
If my amount is not refunded then i will take this matter to the court of law for redressal.

I had asked them to develop my website... all went very well until I transferred the money after that POOR RESPONSE and POOR QUALITY OF DELIVERABLE and they skipped the promised deadline. To top it they are asking for a project escalation cost. Now I asked them to refund my money and they are giving lame excuses and arguing what they did is correct. They no nothing about website planning and execution. I hope people don't fall to companies like this.
My advance is stuck with them. $567 @ 67Rupees for 1 USD.

I would like to inform to concern dept. in complaint Fourm .taking advanced Rs 15000 thousand in the month of August by Sultana of weblink.in pvt ltd . She did not provide any service as above subjected exception of website renewal .

we tried to contact at her office and phone many time to provide service . But still they are not giving any responce . I never seen such fraud company in my life . Finally we have requested to her to free our website to advise control password and understand advanced whole payment as a gift . But no responce .

We have purchased initially a silver membership which was immediately upgraded to a Platinum membership from Indian Yellow Pages ( Weblink.in Pvt. Ltd ), for which a sales representative confirmed orally that, with this membership we will get - 1) Unlimited number of web pages 2) Unlimited changes in web site in a year 3) Uploading of web site within 15 days 4) Membership to start ONLY after uploading web site 5) Search Engine promotion of web site on ALL search engines and guarantee, that our web site will be on page 1 within 1 month on all search engines 6) Unlimited key words for search engine optimisation Out of these commitments the company failed to comply ALL commitments. 1) The web site was uploaded almost 4 month after payment, but the membership period started immediately after payment 2) They restricted the number of web pages to 15, further they asked for additional Rs. 2000 for modifications in web site 3) Till date we did not got any enquiry through Indian Yellow pages. Only few irrelevant enquiries were received. 4) Till date the web site never came on 1st page of any of the search engine infact not even on first 20 pages The company is totally a fake, the sales / marketing person Mr. Tyagi vanished, he never picked up the phone neither answered any mail. Later on various business executives so call maintaining our company started calling us, saying your membership needs further upgradation and we should pay some additional amount. They refused to full fill the commitments initially give by the sales person, stating that they are not responsible for the false commitment given by sales person. we link is a fraud company they commits wrong to their customer. They took payment from me for two times 1000+3000 & even they didn't deliver services to me.
First time they have commited me to provide email service but I was sock when I came to know my email services already delivered with my notice.
Second time they have taken check to deliver the services online but after take cheque from my side they didn't updated me after 30 days when I call Tajinder in web link multiple time I am getting response sir I will update you with in 5 min. But I never get call from their side They are misleading users and taking money from them.

During the last week of march 2013, i got a call from marketing team that my silver membership will cost rs. 3500 / - and i will get good enquiries for my products. I paid the money and gave necessary information. They gave me in log in id and password.

When i clicked, i found enquiries but i have to pay for the "lead" - this was not told to me when i purchased the silver membeship. No one can answser what i will or i should get for rs. 3500 i paid = on the other hand one mr. Rakesh played sophistry on me by telling me that "if you buy a car, you should pay for petrol - like when you buy silver memebrship you should pay for the lead" - see idiotic argument. See his comparision when i boutght the car i paid for the car and i got the vehicle. For paying rs. 3500 what did i get?

Marketing team never told me that it will cost additional money to get information on leads. When i asked one mr. Kishen to give me name of the managing directors name i was told that he has no authority to give me the name of the managing director!

I am Harshvardhan and I have made payment of rs 6000/- to plaecement India Delhi at kirti nagar for the job placement services to be provided by Placement India for Jobs in abroad. Ms. Ritu who promised for the career advise and any job opportunity in Europe & UK after payment of Rs 6000/- I made the payment by my debit card and after that they have not send any contact details and job consultant details from the next day only.

These placement agencies are fraud and make fools to innocent people. They should be hanged on the centre of the road. They are mot****r F**r.

I want my money back please advise......

Mr. chetan chhabra from weblink.net called me and approached for website development and hosting. he did a rigorous follow up for same. He given me wrong commitment so i stooped there services. then miss shalini([protected]) calling me again again even i told her i am not interested in renewal she is harassing me by calling again and again and talking in very rough language. for there wrong commitment i complained them for which they were not replied that time. now after i stopped there services shalini is calling me for renewal and disputing on phone. i requested them don't call me again even they calling me again and again and repeating same things

I had made a payment of Rs. 10000/- on 16th March, 13 ( For Gold Membership For three Years from Weblink.in Pvt. Ltd.). A customer support executive from this company promises to give 150 listing for three years & website making of your choice domain, and promises to complete all these work in 7 to 10 days, but till now on 5th April,13 after 20 days they are not completed my website work and listing is also given only 139 on 21st March,13. I had made many calls they are not took my calls, on 27th Shalini Diwakar is said you have to pay extra for your Domain name which earlier she offered in package itself. I had informed her about this than she replied ok I will discuss with my senior. On 2nd April I also made call she replied please email me and my company for this issue I will solve that in meeting by taking in reference of your email, but till now on 5th April anybody is not called me and not given any reply to my email. So I'm requesting all people do not give order to this kind of third class company otherwise they take money and not do work taken by them.

I had bought a domain www.buttertubsoap.com on 18.oct 2012 through reseller i.e(weblink.in P ltd).
They told me that they will promote my domain online & will provide online shopping on my website by net banking, it's 20 march 2013 still they haven't given me these facilities which they had promised to give with in1 month So I want to self excess my domain,kindly tell me the solution for it.
