WeChat — Deduction of recharge balance

On 5th november 2014 till noon time my recharge balance was 395 after that some technical fault took place in wechat as during redemption the reply came from wechat team that there is so much traffic...During evening i again refer two friend and they had joined.So according to it my balance should be 445. Till afternoon of 6 november same page was displayed that there is so muchh traffic and during evening hours my balance becomes 85 in place of 445 without doing any redemption.
