WeChat — using my picture as profile picture

I have one of my wechat friends using my picture without my approval. I already inform him to stipop using my picture or else i will make police report but he ignore it and proceed using my picture. His wechat user id wxid_2fua2a72iqm122 is using my picture as profile picture.. My wechat id nasz1993s. Hope you take further action to stop this user from using my picture or i have to make police report.
