Weddingz.in — Refund not processed

Hello Sir,
I'm Sai Chand Arram, please help me out on myy refund status for the case id 13012262 ticket#736 have contacted PRAMOD Hyderabad city head he blocked my number and is not responding, SAVYASACHI, Gunjeet Singh for the status of my refund which i paid at OW. LUXURY FEAST located at Bala nagar Hyderabad in the month of December for my son's first birthday party to be held on February 9th, but unfortunately weddingz stopped working with this property but none informed me about this i just visited the hall and got to know the property is closed on 8th feb one day before the event im forwarding this to you for further closure. Request you to check the status as I'm unable to find any help from Weddingz customer service team. Please respond with a positive status 🙏
