Weddingz.in — unable to get photo album and video of wedding

I got married on 20th nov 2019. I have hired photographer and video grapher from weddingz.in to cover my marriage and reception both events.
First they did not provide me photos. After asking around 1 month they provide me photos. Then i have asked for video then after 10-12 days i got the edited video which was total of around 30 mins only. Fpr the reception they have only 4 mins of video so i have asked them to give me raw video of both events as i was not happy with the event so i told them that i will edit it myself. From around 1 month i am talking to them but everyday the person is telling me k "mam kl aapko video mil jayega" (You will get the video tomorrow). I am not sure i am going to get the data. Same thing is happening for the photo album also.
First they give us name of selected images. Then after 10 days when i asked for status they say give us the link of the photos. Then after 10 days again they told give us the images in a separate folder in google drive.

None of the customer care number is working. If any working, the person does not respond.
It seems like i have wasted my event and 25000 rs on this and going through with this hell everyday. Not sure what to do now.
