Wefast India — Issue of delivery boy accidental insurance

Address:L-15, Malviya Nagar Rd, Malviya Nagar, Delhi 110017
Website:wefast.in/delhi

My name is Chandan Kumar, I am working as a delivery boy in West India, Delhi NCR since last 6 months.
One day I asked on the customer care chat bot that the commission you charge for delivery from the client is there any accidental insurance for the delivery boy or not, then they reply me on this matter that we give any kind to the delivery boy. Does not give insurance.

After this I asked him whether your Wefast company is Indian company or outside India, then he told me that Wefast India is a private limited company and it is a registered company, so I asked him that if Wefast is a limited company then the delivery boy should have an accident. Why does not provide insurance because delivery boys drive bikes on the road day and night and in such an accident, who will be responsible for them, So on this he said that the delivery boy himself will be responsible for this, we cannot help in any way even if he dies.

They have given an agreement condition in the Wefast app, in which it is clearly written that Wefast India Private Limited will not be responsible for any kind of risk or death.
What is the use in India of being such a private limited company that cannot secure its own employees. Action should be taken immediately on such company because there are many other companies in India that provide accidental insurance to delivery boys such as Ola, Zomato, Swiggy, Uber & Rapido.
