[Resolved]  Telemart Shopping Network Pvt Ltd — Non receipt of refund of Rs.3100/

I ordered a product named METASLIM,to Telemart Shopping Network Pvt Ltd, which was delivered at my residence on[protected],against payment of Rs.3100/ in cash,vide challan no.5810 dt[protected] of M/S Aarti Enterprises,M-53 Mandir Marg,Saket,New Delhi.In their advertisement on T V they offered money back guarntee if the product did not suit & had to be returned.The delivery boy told me if the product had to be returned the same will be collected from my place itself & the full amount will be returned on the spot.On[protected],I Iodged a complaint with Telemart Shoppinng Network Pvt Ltd over teleohone & explained the problems I started facing after the use of Metaslim.I was told to return the product to their Indore office,which came as a shock to me.However,I sent the product to them on[protected],along with required papers/documents,through Madhur Courier Services Gurgaon,vide their reciept no.[protected].I have been following up the matter with them over telephone since[protected].Every time they give false assurance that you will get a call from a senior officer but the call is yet to come.For the last 3-4 days they are not picking my phone.pl arrange to get my money back.
