[Resolved] Welcome To Cases World In Instagram — no delivery of mobile cases after payment of rs 6,300 | |||
Sir, I have ordered 3 mobile cases worth Rs 300 each from Welcome To Cases World Instagram Page on November 27, 2018. I have also paid Rs 1800 as delivery charge for each case. So Total I have paid Rs. 6300 to the number [protected] present in their Instagram page through Google pay. They said that delivery charges will get refunded right after the delivery of the case. Right after the payment the admin said that his mother was admitted in ICU. When I was messaging frequently about the case, after few days the staff replied that his mother and father died. Later I have message them many times but of no use, there is no reply from their end. After few days I have posted a comment for their Instagram post. Later I came to know that they have blocked my profile on instagram. Please help me with this I have mentioned the address of their instagram page (Which i copied from Chrome) for your reference. Jun 11, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved They cheated me again. They said me to delete the complaint so that they can refund. After deleting they didn't refund the money | |||
