Welcome To Cases World In Instagram Complaints & Reviews

I had ordered a case worth rs400 from the page above on instagram. Once the payment was received they stopped responding to messages, and eventually when I warned them I will be reporting them, they asked me to do it. It was only later on that I learned they have been scammig many from that page. A couple o[censored]s commented on their posts to warn their followers of the scam being carried out by the page, to which they messaged me to stop and told me his mother was in the hospital (which I now understand was a regular excuse he used with everyone). I tried to be considerate at the moment, but they continued to fool us. So I went ahead with commenting under his posts, and was blocked by them. The page now has over 14k followers, and I highly doubt he has continued scamming the others as I have seen various complaints against the page. I have ordered 3 mobile cases worth Rs 300 each from Welcome To Cases World Instagram Page on November 27, 2018. I have also paid Rs 1800 as delivery charge for each case. So Total I have paid Rs. 6300 to the number [protected] present in their Instagram page through Google pay. They said that delivery charges will get refunded right after the delivery of the case. Right after the payment the admin said that his mother was admitted in ICU. When I was messaging frequently about the case, after few days the staff replied that his mother and father died. Later I have message them many times but of no use, there is no reply from their end. After few days I have posted a comment for their Instagram post. Later I came to know that they have blocked my profile on instagram.
Please help me with this

I have ordered a mobile case worth rs500 /- in instagram page named welcome to the cases world on 25/08/2019 at 9:42 pm
I have sent the money to their phonepe number on the above mentioned date
Also you can check, this number is posted in their profile.
After few days i asked them when can i expect the delivery, but they were not at all responding
Also i called several times but they didn’t respond..
Today i have seen hate comments on their profile saying u are a cheater.. And later i came to u know they are committing cyber crime.. So i also posted a comment.
Later i have found they have blocks my profile on instagram
So please help me with this
