[Resolved]  Welingkar Institute Of Management — Mis Selling of MBA course

This complant is against Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research the distance course.

1)At the time of my admission, I was informed that all exams would be open-book.
2)However, the books that I ordered were not delivered until two months after my enrollment. In addition, the sales agent, Imran(+[protected], did not provide any clear information about the exams or your company's policies.
3) I had made payment for the course I'm the month of November and imran had informed me that there is only one seat left, but after 2 months when i still didn't received the books i had raised complaint to the ceo of the company, and i came to know that the course will start in march and my no details about how to watch lecture online was provided.
4)For the starting months whenever I tried contacting imran he didn't answer my calls i want to raise complaint against imran.
5) initially i was informed that i can watch the lectures on my phone i can download the lectures on my phone but the same information was false.
6) initial for few months i was unable bto watch lecture on my phone, as your link was not compatible with iPhone, when i raised complaint the issue was resolved.
7)When I took my first exam, I was unable to complete it because I was getting an error stating that I was unable to detect the camera, and the exam started 30 minutes late.
4)I also experienced problems with the multiple faces detected error when I moved my head by even a small amount, and the exam got auto-submitted.
5)I called customer service today to complaint about these issues, but the agent I spoke to was very dismissive. She said that these problems were "basic" and that I should have known about them before I enrolled.
6)Further, she said that someone was captured in the camera, please note that I stay in 1bhk apartment and not a mansion that people won’t pass by.
7)If this was the case wasn’t it the organisation’s responsibility to informed all the do’s and don’ts well in advance. You could have informed me that it will be a closed book exam and there is no one allowed in the room. Knowing all this I wouldn’t have considered joining this since i am working professional and live in a small house and on top of that the girl called me is telling me this is basics and i have know about it.
8)Is this the way you talk to your customer? Rather than apologising to missell the course i have been told to know the basics.
9You guys are playing with someone's future only for your own profit.
10)today when I was giving the exams the exam got auto submitted, when i called the customer care the lady told me that there was shadow, due to sunlight it was my head shadow,
10)today when i was trying to give the paper the exam got automatically submitted, when i called the customer care she informed me that my head was moving, I'm not a robot, what are you expecting from human's.
11)i have tried to contact welingkar, but no resolution was provided.
12)i want full refund of my admission fees.
13)I have already raised complaint at pm help desk and central government desk

I have received the below email from welingkar. They are initiating refund Dear Candidate, Thank you for getting in touch with the Customer Service Desk! With reference to trail mail, we are considering this as a special case, the institute will refund the amount of 52, 500 /-.The registration fee of Rs. 1000/- is non-refundable. We request you to submit a duly filled attached cancellation form immediately. And the date of application in the cancellation form should be the date you requested for cancellation. Also; kindly help us with the below details to initiate the necessary refund process. Also, attach a scan copy of the cancelled cheque or the first page of the passbook of bank account which you will mention in the below format. Kindly note that the details provided in the below format should belong to the student only. Any disparity observed may cause a delay/cancellation of the entire refund process.
