[Resolved]  Welingkar Institute Of Management — Not helping with batch transfer or refund

I have paid the course fees for 1st year of PGDM course and due to a death in family on 24 March 2023, I was not able to appear for exam. I have requested multiple times to transfer my batch on 28 March 2023 but the institute is not helping me with the same. I have also asked for a refund but they are not even cancelling my admission. Also, false updates are passed to my counsellor that email has been sent to me, but no email communication occurred between me and the institute. I need a complete refund of my fees now.
