I Mujahid Shaikh, went to purchase nebulizer machine to gift it to my sister as her child needs it on a regular basis. I heard from my brother that at Wellness Forever they are giving discount on the purchase. I went to purchase Omron Nebulizer as my sister had one previously and was working efficiently, but the salesman named Patil told me that Nulife Handyneb is the best quality machine and most of the doctors use it, so I got convinced. I purchased Handyneb machine on 03/01/2015, time 17:58, bill no: 201927 from Wellness Forever Medicare Pvt. Ltd. Viman Nagar, Sai Apex, Shop No. 13 & 14, Near Dutta Mandir. Pune 411014 at MRP price on the box Rs. 2650. I used this machine and found that the performance of this machine is not good as there is a bit low voltage problem in my area, but the rest of the electronic goods works efficiently on this bit low voltage such as my previous Omron nebulizer machine, TV, fridge, computer and all the electronic items, but there is only problem with this machine. I went to the Wellness Forever Medicare Pvt. Ltd. in Viman Nagar Pune and told them that the machine is not working properly. The salesgirl connected the machine and told me that it is working. I told her that it is not working properly at my home, so could you exchange the machine with Omron nebulizer she said no. I told her please send technical person to my home, she said no. I told her that I wanted to purchase the Omron nebulizer machine which gave me good result previously when I had one but the salesman named Patil told me that this machine is of good quality so I purchased it. She told me that just get lost from here we will not exchange the machine. I told her that I would complain in the consumer forum, she told me that go and complain I do not mind. The same Handyneb machine is available on online purchase at Rs. 1250 and when I checked at another Medical shop it is available at Rs. 1500. They sold Handyneb at double price which I could get at Rs. 1250 to 1500 at MRP 2650. This machine has issue with voltage and not working properly. Please see in this regard. Thanking You.
