Wespro — Replace of Both the Product or refund my amount

Dear Sir, This is to Inform you that I had purchase online 2 Mini Laptop from your site . The Order No. 668521 as per your commitment the product was to be dispatch within 7 days but it took nearly 2 months which was very unprofessional . After 2 month I got my ordered Product but there are number of problems like 1. It is as equal to Andriod Phone, 2. Mouse is not working properly, 3. Main thing is without charger Input, I cant open Laptop So, that's why I can't carry it anywhere which is a very Big problem and it happens to both the Laptop.
