[Resolved]  Wespro — Battery charges frequently goes down every day.

Hi, This is umakanta from Orissa, Cuttack, had bought this Wespro at Rs.4, 999/-. But in a month or two I came to know that though this set looks pretty but the battery charge needs around 2-3 hours or more a day. Without using its various MP3, MP4, Camera, Photo, FM, its battery reduces its charges frequently. The service centre at Bhubaneswar and the Head Office through Sales Assistant does not do anything to rectify the same. Now I repented myself, If I could buy it from local market, then the matter would have been something else. I am a regular customer, but I loss trust and hope on this Company.

Wespro — mobile unable to charge & data transfer

The mobile was not charging / data transfering from the day 1. On 21 july 2009 the mobile reached your office for replacement but after 25 days the same cell was returned back to us with the wording "sent same mobile with old accesiores'' Now as per your warranty we are sending back our mobile to you for replacement. Kindly ensure replacement immediately failing which we will be forced to go to consumer court.
Hope to get replaced handset immediately

Wespro — No communication for Jeeves, Dadar & Banglore

Dear Sir,

I have given my mobile of WESPRO model - WM3708i to Jeeves Consumer Services at Dadar near Sharda Cinema on 03.10.2009, till date I have not mobile from these people. The problem was of display not working.

Today 10.11.09 I have talked with their Banglore office, they are saying that you have to pay Rs.2500 for display broken chgs. My mobile is under warranty of 6 months, I purchased it in May 09.

Mobile value is Rs.5000 and they expect me to pay now Rs.2500 more. me in this case, my contact [protected].

Hi All, Please don't purchase any Wespro product. I have faced bad experience with the company. Their service is very bad, customer service very poor, They are giving reply after two/three months and not giving any replacement warranty. After all the company is giving very bad service. So please don't purchase any product from Wespro Company
