[Resolved]  Wespro — HOPELESS NOTEBOOK

I purchased a wespro notebook from NAAPTOL after seeing the advertisement. In the advertisement it was totally misleading. They told that it is a small laptop which is totally false. They never disclosed the true facts in the advertisement. The main purpose of buying a laptop/notebook is for accessing internet. I cannot access internet thru data card for which I baught the notebook.

When I went to the service center in T. Nagar, I spoke to one of the senior cus. care executive who did not tell me that we can send the product back to the co. within 20 days due to which I did not send the notebook witjhin the time limit.
Now I am not satisfied with the product at all and I want full refund of my money.
I am already tired of running here and there for the notebook. So, kindly tell me if i will be getting a refund or the product will bw changed for some other product which supports datacard atleast.

If I dont get a refund/exchange, then I will have no option but to pull your company in the court. I am very serious for this matter.

I havent used the notebook for for an hour also till now.
