I am facing high abrupt electricity bill for last 3 cycles. My consumer id is[protected].
First problem occurred on april 1st, 2017 when the bill was generated for april-jun, 2017. The bill amount was above 16000 for 3 months and the units consumed was showing as 1834. Which was abnormal since the last 3 cycles before april, the unit consumption was 195 and the bill amount used to[protected] and maximum 2000 inr. But the apr-jun, 2017 cycle, the bill was very high. I complaint the whole thing to my baguiati station. Initially they did not do anything other than harassing me for couple of days. The staffs did not want me to go to the station manager as well. After 2 months, a technician assigned and he came and just checked the meter and left stating that meter is fine and there is no fault in the meter and told me to pay the entire bill amount. I paid the amount and in the next bill cycle, jul-sept 2017, there was 0 units generated and stated in my bill and the amount was 22 inr only, so i thought this was due to the last abrupt bill adjustment. But in the current cycle oct-dec 2017 again the same problem occurred. The consumption is 1243 units and over 10, 000 inr has generated as bill amount.
This is totally not acceptable and please look into the matter as early as possible.
