Dear Sir/Madam,

With most respectfully and humbly I would like to state you that I have received the electricity bill o[censored]nexpected very high amount of Rs 5094 for the month of September, October, November 2021 which is not acceptable as I used to get the bill of hardly Rs 800 for three months you please check my last three months bill amount.I have never received this much bill amount in the past.
Kindly look into the matter and please solve the issue and generate the right bill.

Every morning I wake up.. there's no electricity for 3 hours... in a day there's minimum 3-4 loadsheddings. A small amount of rainfall.. no electricity for 5 hours for no reason..

My consumer no is[protected] .I was billed an amount of rs 4240/- for consumption of 698 units for sept 21 Oct 21 and Nov 21 qtr as my meter was defective..narration of the bill states " above amount on estimated basis as meter seems defective" . Now my flat has been lying vacant for the past several years and my normal units consumed is zero . My normal bill is the minimum meter rent which is rs 80/- . I approached my local distribution office immediately and submitted a written application for change of defective meter and reversal/ rectification of the bill. I did not receive any positive response from the local office and no solution regarding rectification of bill and my payment date is 16 th sept 21 after which I will be charged penalty for non payment . Now my question is what needs to be done from my end now if the local office does not acr ..whom should I approach . I have already visited local office (station manager)twice for follow up but nothing seems to move here. Kin dly help me as it is not possible for me to leave my office and run down to the local office for folow ups. Further online dockets for complaint is closed without resolution of the problem . Request your help on urgent basis.

I have paid my electricity bill on the first of September by scanning the QR code in the bill. Money has got deducted but payment is still showing pending. I am sharing the screenshot please have a look into it.

Five month ago I applied for refund money, which I paid for new connection.
My application No. [protected]. I paid Rs. 8810. But after five month no response form office. I visited office but always they say its take time.
But I can not understand how many time taken to refund my money?

Ours is a Govt Sponsored Higher Secondary School in Durgapur. It is natural that there may be some pending bills, but whenever we want to pay such bills, they are not willing to accept cheque payment and are asking for cash payment. A Govt School cannot allow such cash payment. Therefore I would request you to kindly accept cheque payment to avoid our harassment.

To my shock have recieved a very high bill of rs.24927 for the month of sep, oct, nov usually i get bills of max to max 7k to 8k my consumer id is[protected]

I've paid electricity bill amounting Rs 3691/- on 6 September, 2021 through the payment gateway billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank. The consumer id of the said transaction is[protected] in the name o[censored]ttam Kumar Rakshit belonging to WBSEDCL, West Bengal. The bill status displays it that the bill is not paid yet.

I have done my electric bill on 07/09/2021 at 11:06am by scan bill QR code through amazon pay, R.S. 478/- to wbsedcl account, billdekbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank my upi id is [protected]@apl and my bank reference id is[protected], my payment are successful but there till showing bill dew, and I am not getting my bill payment receipt .
As soon as possible please solve my problem and help me.

Power has been cut since yesterday.

Sir, My house in kalchini block alipurduar district in village netaji pally.Everytime in our area have low voltage problem, students in our villages effected for low voltage because they did not read the book.Every month I pay electric bill properly but company did not given proper voltage in our area.Many time given application in our kalchini electric distribution office but no action taken.Sir, please solv this problem for better customer...

I, Subham Saha, have paid on behalf of my father(consumer) WBSEDCL electricity bill for the month of sep 2021. I have used the QR code to pay the amount through Google Pay. But payment show failed. Money deducted my account Below are the details of the UPI payment.

Rs.1870 has been debited from account [protected] to wbsedcl billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank on 1st sep, 2021.

if they billed monthly, my bill will be 1359 unites/6 month= 226 unites
Amount as First 102 unites @Rs 5.26 =536.52
Next 78 Unites @ Rs 5.86 = 457.08
Next 26 Unites @ Rs 6.73 = 174.98

Total 226 unites Rs 1168.58 (Monthly)
For Six months Rs 1168.58*6= Rs 7011.48
But i have to pay more[protected]= Rs 3001

if they billed quarterly, my bill will be 1359 unites/2= 680 unites
Amount as First 102 unites @ Rs 5.26 =536.52
Next 78 Unites @ Rs 5.86 = 457.08
Next 120 Unites @ Rs 6.73 = 807.60
Next 300 Unites @ Rs 7.23 = 2169.00
Next 80 unites @ Rs 7.32 = 439.20

Total 680 unites Rs 4409 ( Quarterly)
2 Quarter = 2*4410= Rs 8820
But i have to pay more[protected]= Rs 1193
So, therefore i earnestly request to you i want monthly bill, if not possible they show me the rules o[censored]nite reading, i want to know monthly or quarterly! if quarterly, why they didn't come to take reading unite. Not six month at a time and cloud not pay extra amount .

I lived in Shyamnagar neherumarket area, where everyday power cut is mandatory.Not a single day will pass without power cut.

Another issue is In our area majoriity families are using Ac.Thats why after evening low voltage is a issue.

This 2 topics are serious concern at our area.

I will highly obelized i[censored] people look into the matter from the WBSEDCL company end.

I have paid my WBSEDCL electricity bill for the month of September 2021 on 2nd September, 2021using VIDYUT SAHAYOGI app and payment was done via PHONE pe apps linked with SBI account. A bill of Rs 441 has been
deducted from my SBI account on 2nd September but WBSEDCL says thay have not got the payment from bank. What shall I do no? No refund is come from any one? Question is who will make me the refund WBSEDCL /Phonepe/SBI?transaction id is-T2109021548188349879507 and UTR no is[protected].

Respected sir, my name is Darajan Bibi, i live in sarojit colony hamiltonganj.In our area every time low voltage problem.Many times in our areas people petition given to kalchini electric distribution company but still now my problem is not solved.Newly bpl family electric connection given in our area so, connection exceed but distribution transformer not been changed and heavy powerfull transformer given in our area.Please solv this low voltage problem permanently in our area otherwise I going to our honourable chief minister office cmro.

I've paid the electricity bill through Google Pay using the QR code which was given in the bill. The amount was paid on 30th Aug, 2021. But it is not reflecting in the download payment receipt area in wbsedcl site. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Attaching the screenshot of my payment as a proof. I also didn't get any message after completing my payment. It is also showing under pending payments although I've already paid. Kindly refund my amount so that I can pay again from Wbsedcl website. And kindly don't provide the QR code with the bill if it doesn't work.

I have received an unexpectedly high electric bill for 3 months (July 2021- September 2021). We do not have any AC.

Our average per month is Rs. 245 but we received this time is Rs. 864 !
Almost 3.5X extra.

Many other people in my neighborhood received the same kind of high bills. I have lodged a complaint but they have removed my complaint.

We want a refund or adjustment with our next bill.

Powercuts are so so prevalent in my area that I am failing to do my work, failed in interviews.

It's about 10 loadsheddings for 1 hour each.

Many many calls but no resolution in time.

Service that doesn't reach on time is a wasteful service. I hope they know it.
