One of the most pathetic State governments organization in the world.

They charged us huge amount of per rating but their customers service is very bad and unprofessional.

That's the reason all government organisations are going to sell private companies. More than 12 hrs No electricity in my are and I'm not abale to contact them.
Despite my several call no one response.

I request you kindly take proper action against this compay as soon as possible.

    I have made a payment of Rs. 2593 via Google pay using BHARAT QR (electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) for the month of AUG'21 - OCT'21 against the consumer ID:[protected] on 07.08.2021, but wbsedcl has not yet received the payment although the amount has been debited from my account.
    Accnt No. [protected](State Bank of India). IFSC- SBIN0008556
    debited with Rs. 2593 on 7th August 2021.

    UPI transaction ID:[protected]

    Kindly do the needful to refund the amount.

    WBSEDCL can not respond any complain.
    Today 23.08.2021 I recieved my amount.
    I filled a complain to Billdesk and State Bank customer care. They helped me to refund my money.
    I request to every Wbsedl customer do not pay bill amount with QR code and not pay via Google pay and google pay cusromer dont help to refund the amount.

      This grievance is on behalf of Mr. Bibhor Kanti Debnath who has received an abnormally high bill from WBSEDCL for the months of August, September, and October which stands at around Rs 1, 597 for the three month period. Under normal circumstances, the bill amount doesn't exceed Rs. 76. Further, it is stated below the bill (the inflated one) that the meter might be damaged. I would like to know, what will WBSEDCL do in this regard so that the issue gets resolved and I am not charged with such a ridiculous bill amount.

        Sir I have done the bill payment of Rs.2, 733.00 with direct Qr code scan provided in the bill using Google pay.my my money is debited for my bank and successfully sent to WBSEDCL. but but wbsedcl neither confirming my bill nor refunding the money. Transaction I': 1212139469 .

                  Our experience with this service is always worse. Electricity always goes off due to very small reason for hours even days. Main problem is with electric connection line. Please have a look on it.

                      I am Bhaskar Bhattacharya. Here is my consumer id[protected]. I need to pay the bill in between 2/8/2021 and I am trying the same from last three days. But it shows payment faild and biller is having issue! Not a single UPI is working even the QR code is also not working provided on bill.

                      Is it possible in this pandamic situation to stand over a long queue and pay your bill. If it is server issue how much time it neet to be okay.Why customers have to face such issues over such long time! Will they extend the deadline of e-payment for that issue from their side!

                      Please look the matter and solve it asap.

                            I (Kushal Anand) have made payment towards WBSEDCL electricity bill generated in name of my father (Lakshman Prasad), dated 24/12/2020 for period Jan'21 to Mar'21 with amount 4298 paid through QR code, but even successful payment via Google Pay, it is not reflected in the official site.

                            Even in next bill, payment did not reflect. Hence raised a complaint to WBSEDCL on their site dated 2 May 2021 with docket number : 37026056.
                            Since 3 months no update has been made on the raised complaint.

                            Requesting to refund the amount.

                            Transaction Details from GooglePay is attached for reference.

                              Yesterday I paid my electricity bill using their official quick pay portal with BharatPe QR code. Although the amount got deducted from my bank account the payment confirmation page shows the transaction is still pending.

                                  There is a regular Voltage fluctuations happening in my house. Lot of appliances are impacted and getting damaged. Since this is a government organisation these people don't care about the service. The most amazing part is their complaint system does not work as well and hence such incidents are not getting registered. Please contact [protected]@ [protected] if you people get some time.

                                    Who will be the responsible I lost my computer due to heavy electricity fluctuations . I am from Shaktigarh cce. I tried to inform from the toll free number but no one pick up the call also tried to contact Shaktigarh supply station but no one pickup the call.
