Bill problem: sir, my name is surojit singha roy. my consumar I'd[protected]. my previous reading 2823 and present reading 2961, total 138 unit on date (5.5.2021 to 02.08.2021).I have cleared last bill 19 July amount 1484. But latest bill show amount 1484 +138 unit total 2361 amount. So requested sir correction my bill.wbsedcl krishnagar office Service is too bad. So I have post online. Pls solve urgent sir.

I have paid my recent WBSEDCL electricity bills for the month of June, July, August 2021. I have used the QR Code to pay the amount through Google pay. The amount did not update in the app and still shows the bills in pending status. Both the consumer IDs are below:

I am Bhaskar Bhattacharya. Here is my consumer id[protected]. I need to pay the bill in between 2/8/2021 and I am trying the same from last three days. But it shows payment faild and biller is having issue! Not a single UPI is working even the QR code is also not working provided on bill.

Is it possible in this pandamic situation to stand over a long queue and pay your bill. If it is server issue how much time it neet to be okay.Why customers have to face such issues over such long time! Will they extend the deadline of e-payment for that issue from their side!

I am Debasis Das, applicant of new electricity connection.My applicatin no is [protected] and referance id is[protected]. I have deposited all neccessary dues on 23/11/2019. Now I am living with my pregnant wife and elderly mother without electricity till today 31/07/2021. Please you kindly take a needful action as early as possible for electricity connection.

We have tried all the ways of communication...no one is respomding postively.
Even we have send them our location on official whatsapo no.
The no is showing online but they are not viewing msgs

I (Kushal Anand) have made payment towards WBSEDCL electricity bill generated in name of my father (Lakshman Prasad), dated 24/12/2020 for period Jan'21 to Mar'21 with amount 4298 paid through QR code, but even successful payment via Google Pay, it is not reflected in the official site.

Even in next bill, payment did not reflect. Hence raised a complaint to WBSEDCL on their site dated 2 May 2021 with docket number : 37026056.
Since 3 months no update has been made on the raised complaint.

Requesting to refund the amount.

Yesterday I paid my electricity bill using their official quick pay portal with BharatPe QR code. Although the amount got deducted from my bank account the payment confirmation page shows the transaction is still pending.

so please de-link mine mobile number with[protected] id and do look into the matter as soon as possible

There is a regular Voltage fluctuations happening in my house. Lot of appliances are impacted and getting damaged. Since this is a government organisation these people don't care about the service. The most amazing part is their complaint system does not work as well and hence such incidents are not getting registered. Please contact [protected]@ [protected] if you people get some time.

Who will be the responsible I lost my computer due to heavy electricity fluctuations . I am from Shaktigarh cce. I tried to inform from the toll free number but no one pick up the call also tried to contact Shaktigarh supply station but no one pickup the call.

Lost my working computer due to heavy power fluctuations.

On 20th July I have made payment of of INR--4246using the barcode present in WBSEDCL bill. Transaction is successful from paytm side and UPI ref id[protected] .But in WBSEDCL website amount is not showing as paid. Tried to contact multiple times in customer care as paytm is asking official document from WBSEDCL that against the UPI ref id they should tell that they have not received the amout.Please help me out. I am Panchkari Dey and I have paid my electric bill on 01/05/2021 with QR code . There has due date on 03/05/2021. I have paid through Paytm and my payment was successful from my bank. But the merchant has not received any amount till now . My Paytm UPI reference ID is RRN[protected] and my Bank of Baroda transaction ID is S60187228. The bill amount of Rs.722.00 has been debited from account to :billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank on 01 May, 2021.

1 year ago apply new connection & pay money but no connection today date please help me

Power supply cut since 1 hour's

Today electricity cut 8.30 now 11clock but electricity is not coming what happened if anything wrong so inform public first if electricity is not available so you know how we are work this is poor electricity connection in paschim midanpore near by police line gate

In the last quarter I had paid my bill via GPay on 4th April and it shows transaction as completed. But this quarter when I received bill it shows a due amount from previous quarter. I am attaching my GPay payment screenshots. Please find out ASAP.
