I am Sibani Das. There are 2 connection line in my house. My consumer id is[protected] another id is[protected] in the name of Santi Ranjan Das. I have noticed that the main electrical supply line of my backside of house is horizontal instead of vertical. As the main electrical supply is now totally horizontal it is now inside of my house boundary. The tank water is falling directly to main supply line because the main line became horizontal. Moreover the main line condition is very poor and any accident may happen any time. If the line tears then my premises + we 5 residents will be effected. I am very afraid of the situation.
Kindly arrange to make the main electrical supply line in correct position before anything goes wrong. The matter is very very urgent.

    Sir,
    I am quite surprised and quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting Rs. 1747/- against electricity consumption for the last 3months where we didnot use this much electricity.People from electric dept. told us that they will help but I didnot get any type of resolution from their side.I also raised 3 dockets in wbsedcl online portal .But I didnot receive any type of solution .Kindly help me Sir.

      I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill on behalf of my father of May to July through google pay, UPI Transaction ID[protected] and Google Transaction ID CICAgOCktJuSaQ, paid on 16th May 2021. But till date no payment receipt and SMS received. Please look into the matter.

        This is from Belanagar under WBSEB, Bally area. An Isolator is now fixing beside my house. A year ago such attempt was made and I made complaint, then the work was stopped. But the agency further arranged such work. Isolator may create huge sound while it burst which is unhealthy for heart patients. I request further to choose another location for such Isolator. My customer ID is[protected].

          Sir i have paid the bill amount rs 1883 con on[protected] on 12/05/2021
          Via Phonepe UPI payment using Qr code printed on bill. After successful transaction
          It deduct rs 1883 from Sbi account. UTR reference no is[protected] . I have proper documents to prove point. Therefore I have contact WBSEDCL helpline, phonepe helplin5, and even sbi helpline.

          Wbsedcl says they have not receive any payment with that con id[protected]
          On the other hand phonepe and sbi helpline says the upi transaction was successful. I have enclose all supporting docs please find. Therefore i request to take necessary action to solve my problem.

            WBSEDCL ACCOUNT NAME - Kalipada Chakraborty

            The amount is deducted from my Bank account but in WBSEDCL WEBSITE the bill is due .
            I cannot understand what should I do now.
            Please as early as possible look into this matter and refund the money to my bank account .

                We have applied for 3 phase 440v load 8kw connection on 15.02.2021 they have done their inspection on 22.03.2021. But almost 3 months passing they have not given us the approval for the same yet. We are trying to track the status of our application but neither the assitant engineer nor any officers of wbsedcl giving any response.

                We are not able to start our buisness from last 3 months just for the connection of 3 phase 440v load 8kw.

                And the behaviour of assitant engineer is worse not cooperating with us neither trying to solve our issue.

                Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and to provide us the 3 phase 440v load 8kw connection as soon as possible.

                  440 Electrical wire is hanging at Kheyadaha 2no. Gram panchayet, Dargatala near Khulipara "Jal Karkhana" resulting in power cut since yesterday evening (03/04/2021).

                  Please be informed that local people has bypassed the line for their convenience and for which 10 to 15 houses are deprived in getting electric supply.

                  Please look into the matter urgently.

                    I have paid my recent WBSEDCL electricity bill for the month of May, June, July 2021. I have used the QR code to pay the amount through Google Pay. It has been many days and either the payment has not been yet confirmed in the website or the confirmation came through mail or message. Below are the details of the UPI payment.

                    Rs.31**.00 has been debited from account **61** to VPA billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank on 30-04-21. Your UPI transaction reference number is[protected].

                    Wbsedcl Consumer id:[protected]

                    Attached the screen grab from Google Pay.

                    Please help me to resolve this issue.

                    Along with placing a request here in the consumer complaints website, I have sent a mail to these below addresses. [email protected] [email protected]; [email protected] And I was continuously following up with them everyday. After many mails Bill Desk confirmed that the money refund is initiated. And after 4 working days the money got refunded to my account. Please don’t use the QR code in the spot bill for WBSEDCL payments. If you have done that, and fails in updating WBSEDCL, please keep in touch with Bill desk, as CRM cell of WBSEDCL won’t respond.

No. Mohishila colony, asansol-713303, want to inform you that the branches of my tree have grown longer and are lying and touching on the overhead electric wires connecting my house to the lamp post which is really hazardous and may tear the wires in storm. So please kindly make arrangement for cutting the branches of the tree.
