And I was continuously following up with them everyday. After many mails Bill Desk confirmed that the money refund is initiated. And after 4 working days the money got refunded to my account.
Please don’t use the QR code in the spot bill for WBSEDCL payments. If you have done that, and fails in updating WBSEDCL, please keep in touch with Bill desk, as CRM cell of WBSEDCL won’t respond.
