    Issue regarding two WBSEDCL electricity board bill payments done through GOOGLE PAY APP.
    Amount -1327, upi transaction id[protected]
    Date - 12/12/2020, time - 12.28 pm.
    Amount - 627, upi transaction id[protected], date -12/12/2020, time - 12.27 pm.
    Bank name - ALLAHABAD BANK.
    GOOGLE PAY is showing successful transaction but the amount has not been credited to WBSEDCL board.Please solve it Sir/Mam.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        This is in reference to the above Electric Bill for the same Consumer ID by the WBSEDCL, kindly note that I think there is some problem in our current electricity bill for the month of December 2020, as the regular average Monthly consumption has always been in between 600 - 800 Units but this month consumption was 2443 units which is huge and they have not taken any physical reading as this Bill is an assumption only, Sir, our electricity running with a Construction meter till now, our promoter totally betrayed with us, he not provided any money for common meter, our previous quotation was above 3 lakhs for only 6 Families small Flat, which was failed due to our money problem. We are 6 middle class families with some senior citizens and can't take so much burden. As the regular average electric bills paid by us is Rs. 4, 000/- to Rs. 6, 500/- monthly, which suddenly has jumped to Rs. 22, 366/- for this month. Also, In August 2020 same huge Bill above 16, 000.00 generated after COVID-19 19 Lock Down and we are paid that with great difficulty. We took this matter to the WBSEDCL Local Office but they are not interested to reduce our Bill and interested with 2-to-3-part payment. In this COVID-19 situation we think they have making fraud to us by taking an unimaginable electric bill which is quite impossible for us to pay. And in this situation, we request you to kindly see our matter so that the WBSEDCL rectifies our problem and issue a fresh Electric Bill which is original & reasonable to pay and if there is any problem in the Electric Meter than change our meter on immediate effect, also look for our Quotation of Common Meter with a reasonable and affordable price.

          I have paid two electric bill by amazon pay and google pay of amount 13213 and 8291 rupees even the transection was sucessful at 10/12/2020.At the next day i wanted to download the payment recipe from the website of WBSEDCL but it shows that the bill is due,

            Dear sir,

            I, Chandra Mondal, have an existing connection from wbsedcl (Consumer id:[protected] for my house at Vill-Bagakhali, P.O- Khagramuri, P.S-Bishnupur, Dist-South 24 Parganas, 700140.

            I applied for new meter (Application number:[protected]) for faulty previous meter and paid all necessary charges as per quotation received from wbsedcl on 30-dec-2019.

            On contacting wbsedcl Bakhrahat CCC office they replied that the new meter is not available and it will take at least 3 months to get the new meter.

            Now it's been more than 11 months but there is no progress and whenever I trying to contact them they not pick up the phone.

            Request your help and intervention on this so that new meter can be installed quickly

              Abnormally high Bill, Rs. 22, 366.00, previous month Bill only 4, 323.00, Several complaints at their office, any of their agent not collect meter reading several times but generated abnormally high bill. How it possible? Not collect meter reading, not collected unit but they generated high bill. Pls look into this matter urgently.

                          I have applied for new electricity connection on 24.01.2020 and paid the new connection charge and security deposit of INR 2905 & 1000.After one meter was installed in my flat. But I did not get any bill so far against my connection and after enquiry I came to know that Master card against my consumer ID[protected] was not created. For the last 3 months same statement coming.

                                I am Babita Jaiswal from Reckjoani, Rajarhat. I recieved a bill of ₹8134 for the month of August, Sept, Oct. My average bill of 3months is always 12-1300₹ from last 2 years.I have a 320sq/ft one bhk room EWS.
                                How this much high Electricity bill came for 3months suddenly? I don't have that much electricity consumption.

                                I paid a electric bill of Rs 1121 for Consumer ID[protected] on 9th November 2020 11:44 am. It was paid through Google Pay. The UPI Transaction ID is[protected] The amount got deducted and Google Pay showed the transaction was successful. But when I'm checking the bill history on WBSEDCL page it shows the transaction failed. I still haven't received the refund for the same.

                                Please look into this matter.

                                  The last 8 months have been very very hard on us. The meter is faulty. It's going on increasing even though we don't stay at the house. We have paid a total of 8000 and raised this docket complaint 1 month back. Still no action taken to fix this.

                                  What was the point? They have sent us another next 3 months bill Rs.2430. No one stays in this house. how are they consuming units? They have not bothered to resolve the docket the number[protected]

I went to Jagadishput Hat CCC and they simply told before 3 months they not able to establish new connection. Behaviour of a representative is very crud. Since I have already paid the entire amount online and Jagadispur CCC representative telling service will delay because I have paid online. Seeking for proper action from your end.
