Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in reference to the above Electric Bill for the same Consumer ID by the WBSEDCL, kindly note that I think there is some problem in our current electricity bill for the month of December 2020, as the regular average Monthly consumption has always been in between 600 - 800 Units but this month consumption was 2443 units which is huge and they have not taken any physical reading as this Bill is an assumption only, Sir, our electricity running with a Construction meter till now, our promoter totally betrayed with us, he not provided any money for common meter, our previous quotation was above 3 lakhs for only 6 Families small Flat, which was failed due to our money problem. We are 6 middle class families with some senior citizens and can't take so much burden. As the regular average electric bills paid by us is Rs. 4, 000/- to Rs. 6, 500/- monthly, which suddenly has jumped to Rs. 22, 366/- for this month. Also, In August 2020 same huge Bill above 16, 000.00 generated after COVID-19 19 Lock Down and we are paid that with great difficulty. We took this matter to the WBSEDCL Local Office but they are not interested to reduce our Bill and interested with 2-to-3-part payment. In this COVID-19 situation we think they have making fraud to us by taking an unimaginable electric bill which is quite impossible for us to pay. And in this situation, we request you to kindly see our matter so that the WBSEDCL rectifies our problem and issue a fresh Electric Bill which is original & reasonable to pay and if there is any problem in the Electric Meter than change our meter on immediate effect, also look for our Quotation of Common Meter with a reasonable and affordable price.

West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill using QR Code printed on electricity bill with Google pay scanner. UPI transaction ID is [protected], to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank), from Anik Saha ( Bank of India), google transaction ID is CICAgOC0m9edYg. The consumer id is with the name of my father. But no confirmation message delivered in registered mobile. Online payment status shows no history available.
