I had applied for new service connection request on 6th feb 2020 and made a quotation payment of rupees 6665 and after that there were no notification from wbsedcl side.
I had submitted the connection forn as well but now i am seeing status with held.
Without any initial intimation to me the application status changed to withheld now my connection is pending my money got stucked....
