    Hi I have received a excessive bill for November 2020 that is Rs. 6194. This amount is just double than other month. Kindly look into it.

      I have made two payments to billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank for electricity bill using the Bharat QR code given at the bottom of the generated hard copy of electricity bill provided to me, details mentioned below:

      Amount - 2953

      Now the payment is not getting reflected to either of the consumer ID, when i went to seek help at the nearest WBSEDCL(Ashokenagar Branch) no help was provided further I was simply asked to wait.
      Amount has not got reversed as i have already waited for 3 days.
      I have made the payment on 14th October 2020, its already 6 days and no trace of my money.
      Can you please help me?

        December Qtr, 2020 (Oct-Dec) billing being abnormally low, I checked the latest meter reading on 28th Sept, 2020 and found that my Electricity Meter is not working. On the same day I lodged an on-line complaint at WBSEDCL site under docket number33975930. There being no response or action from WBSEDCL even after a fortnight, I checked the status of my Complaint at WBSEDCL site and found to my surprise that the Complaint was closed on the very next day i.e. on 29/09/2020 as resolved. The reality is, that the Meter is not working even today. I tried calling up the Pailan (Bishnupur) office and also the Consume complaint deptt at Bidyut Bhavan n-number of times and as usual no one bothered to pick up the call. Very very sorry state of affairs at WBSEDCL !!!

                    I would like to draw your attention towards a serious concern, i.e, frequent power cuts in this hot summer season. It is a matter of great concern as power cuts the people from the outer world. It isolates the people. Nowadays, everything is dependent on electricity. Life without electricity is even hard to imagine. Like today hole night we don't have power in our area. So, I would like you to involve yourself in this and solve the problem as soon as possible.

                    Note: From yesterday 11pm till now we don't have any power in our area. I complained many time but still facing same issue.

                        The transformer from where our supply comes to the building suddenly made a big noise and flashing lights around 3:10 am today and after that supply voltage went down. this transformer is adjacent to ghoshpara Kalimandir KESTOPUR. Every other week we are facing issues like this and there is no replacement done yet. I complained ion 24*7 hel line 19121 but there is no response or no representative to talk. please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                            There was a power cut problem at my house. I tried n number of times 19121 but I got only one answer, please check the number you have dialled. The customer care number mentioned in the bill is also not getting connected. I personally went to wbsedcl office in salt Lake for complaint but still nobody came. Whom do I approach for complaint Redressal.

                                I complaint a docket about a "cement service pole" about 5 months ago which angle is rusted by weather effects and hanging dangerously, which can broke anytime and injured anyone accidentally because service pole situated at my front of house and my colony road is laying bottom of service angle. But WBSEDCL does not any responsible for it. I docket a complaint on April 2020 but now is August 2020, but WBSEDCL has no response or duty. I am too hopeless. I have a question, if anyone is injure by breaking angle then who is responsible for it or can company pay any compensation for it??? Please look into this matter as soon as possible and save from accident.

                                  Sir id - [protected]. I got new connection date is 21/01/2020. From that day till now I did not get bill. Generally my metre reading is above 600. And after 100 reading and after 200 reading charge is high.
                                  So why authority person not got reading every month ? And for your delay we are losing money
