Respected sir,

I am writing a complaint in regards to the rising electricity bill. The electricity bill has been extremely high lately. I have a computer training institute. The centre was closed for last three months (April, may and june 2020) due to "lockdown"). The electricity cable, cutout was kept open. But how the electricity bill is high? I cannot handle such high prices, my bill is extremely higher.
I would specifically like to know if there is any kind of issue with my electricity meter.
I know that i have not been using more electricity than before and i have not been using any power-consuming large electrical appliances. As soon as possible please investigate the matter. Kindly chang the meter as needed.

I ask that kindly you send someone from (Electricity company name) to come and inspect it as soon as possible so that i will not be overcharged again.

This is in regards to the complaint made on your website with docket number 31472484. Received bill of rs 4, 886 this month towards advanced payment for jun-jul-aug which is absurd as the last bill of rs 2, 589 was paid in feb for mar-apr-may however no one is at home from 7th mar till date and the main switch is also off since then, therefore there's no way there is any consumption and no reason for getting this bill without any adjustment...

Shop with customer id[protected] have no connection of electricity. Shop was closed. After amphan cyclone we are not able to get a connection.

I am a consumer of wbsedcl. The resident of vill-panapukur, bhangar, p. S.-kashipur, bhangar block-2 facing low voltage problem for a long time. When contacted bhangar electric office they are not taking it seriously and told us to complaint wbsedcl through toll free number. When contacted over toll free number they informed work is in progress and it will be solved shortly. But the problem continues for several years, sometimes voltage falls even to 110 - 130 volts and tubelights are even not working.

I am resident of chhaygharia, bongaon, north 24 pgs. My cosumer id is[protected]. We are suffering for low voltage from 2 days in my area. I have done already two complains in your toll free number which is written in electric bill. They send me two doc no. For low voltage we can not run our motor, frize etc. So we are going through the water crisis. There is a heart patient in my house. So we are suffering lot of problems. If you kindly try to solve our problem then we will glad to you.

I am a resident of bhaluka, nadia (Krishnagar block i) pin - 741317.
In my area there is too much load shedding all throughout the day almost 5-6 hours power off everyday.
It hampers our studies and work. Sometimes even there is no power throughout the night. Krishnagar power supply office pays no heed to our problems as if we have no value.
Please solve this problem fast 😡.. Why is service so worst???
Please solve the problem first so that there is no more frequent load shedding.

I am a resident of sonarpur, mukherjeebagan. There's been a loadshedding since 20th may 2020 after the cyclone. Its been 1 week and yet not actions have been taken. All the broken posts, wires are still not repaired. There's been absolutely no improvement. We are really having a lot of problems. Please look into the matter asap.

I have paid my wbsedcl bill through the qr code in the bill using google pay on 24th may but even after 72 hours on 27th may, it is not reflected in the wbsedcl website. My payment gateway is billdesk. My transaction upi id is[protected]. My phone number is [protected].

Due to the natural calamity that amphan a lot of problems have been created. We don't have enough water and electricity has been cut for more than 24 hours now and no step has been taken yet. Stern action should be taken

Main connection fault

From yesterday we are suffering from loadshedding.We've faces many problems .

Power has been cut and the wires pf the poll has been shagged from the poll and wires are roaming in tge ground from the poll

The branches of tree located at jahar jyoti club [censored]ala mandir, north east noapara, vivekananda road, barasat have been grown extremely and lying on electric wires. Verbal and written complaint given to electric office noapara. However, no progress has been shown. Any time with min strength of storm air a big incident may occur. Kindly take necessary steps.
