I made electricity bill payment through online payment option at bellow link of wbsedc.

Payment was successful and my account got debited, bit finally got the error page instead of receipt.

K jana had submitted a request for the temporary electric connection on february 18, 2020 for the property, dd153, street number -297, action area 2. I, narayan chandra bhattacharjee had applied for a new electric connection for my house on portal by application no [protected] with contract demand of 3000 watt. Required money for this purpose was deposited online by transaction id: nur[protected] on date: 15.06.2018 12:27:59 amounting rs 6430.00.

It has been around 2 year (Or 650 days) from the date i have paid the money for the new electric...

Paid the electricity bill on 24th feb by scanning the electricity bill through the paytm and the transaction was successful. But in the website it is still showing that my bill is pending. But the money has got debited from my account. Please help me out with this. Is it because of late updation and it will show after sometimes that my bill is paid?...

Sir, my electricity bill has abnormally increased from rs-600 to rs -23000 (Three months). There are only 2 tube lights and a single ceiling fan which are connected with that meter and they are only operated in the morning and in the evening time.
As per rule i had filed a complaint against it in wbsedcl kalyani branch, and after no response from them i have docket a complaint in wbsedcl website, no.[protected].

I made a payment of amount rs. 1049/- on 4th feb 2020 9:33 am for my electricity bill consumer id[protected] having transaction id hd[protected] through payzapp as per attached screenshot and the transaction was successful as it shows but till now there is no status information in my wbsedcl account for this transaction.

Hi,

I have applied online for new electricity connection and by mistake i chose wrong supply office an paid full quotation amount of rupees 6665 online.
But later i was told in electricity office that my supply area will be different.
Hence my request is to refund my quotation amount and cancel my existing application so that i can apply for the fresh one.

My cust id[protected], narayan ch sarma sarkar (My father) paid the dec-2019 to feb 2020 bill rs 2698.00 on 11 dec 2019 through bhim, the amount was debited from my acct (Bank of india) but company showing failure payment and still amount is due. Alerting message for disconnection of power supply already issued to my registered mobile no [protected], i am staying in a uncomfortable condition now.

Before 3months i applied for faulty meter replacement and for providing modified bill. But not yet no modified bill is provided by wbsedcl, faulty meter isn't replaced. Company peoples are coming to disconnect the supply. I contact to the local wbsedcl office many times, they assured to replace the meter. But no necessary steps were taken by them. They providing very high electricity bill....

We are living in gopali and the high tension wire is passing over the middle of residential plot. And these wire should be removed from the residential area. No one from wbsedcl office in nimpura kharagpur is not taking responsibilities from past 1 year. Lastly the officials asked 5lacs rupees to remove the single outside the residential plot.

This is unacceptable behavior towards to consumers.
